I'm still considering my file sharing options. In the meantime, I've uploaded the files to MediaFire.
I've also taken down the animated water version. I had been using the old patcher and assumed that the new one works the same. I'll fix it when I get the time.
@LordGideon
Thanks for the support! It's always nice to hear.
@mrisump
I must admit, I'm not always in the mood for the critique. But eventually I always come to appreciate it. Even when I disagree, it forces me to consider my design decisions, and that's always a helpful exercise! As for the specifics:
-Achievement Window: This is a high priority. I lost all my photoshop files when my computer crashed but I'm hoping I can cobble together something fairly easily.
-Ores: I can't really use Quandary ores since my stone texture is different. Besides I'm working towards a 100% original pack. I have considered recreating them, though. Either way, ores are scheduled for a revision.
-Pop-up: Not as high a priority as the achievement window. Depending how hard this is to fix will determine how quickly it happens.
-Wool: Still a WIP. However it is unlikely to go back to the default.
-Jukebox: I basically recoloured the textures I had previously done. Could they be better? Yes. But I'm going to keep these around for a little bit.
-Side grass is a new texture. I need to work on the shading still.
-Planks: May or may not get revised.
@Idioteque
Thanks! And yah, sorry. I screwed up the animated water version. I'll have a fixed version up tonight.
@Velimas
Thanks!

Thanks for the heads up on the bandwidth thing. I'm not a huge fan of MediaFire's ads but I guess it will have to do. If anyone has any advice on file hosting for cheap/free, please let me know.
@Phantango and @Bergene
Thanks! Bandwidth issue has been resolved (for now.)
And before anyone mentions, I'm aware that the gravel now looks like porridge. :tongue.gif:
Oh, is that not what it's supposed to look like? o_o
Well either way I've been using your pack all day, since you switched over to mediafire (Honestly, I don't like it much either)...
It's awesome! Just the right amount of gloom. I love the water. This pack is definitely going to be used by me for a long while, perhaps even until it's discontinued!

Gay people minecraft too, We just do it more beautifully than you.
LOVE this pack. It's an absolute joy switching over to something besides the usual bright colors I see around here.
However, I was wondering if you were thinking of editing the lava texture. It seems....off. I dont know if Im the only who thinks this but it just seems too bright and red. Maybe a more brown or black color, sort of like cooling lava would be more fitting.
VERY nice pack, the simple textures and awesome cobblestone bring out the best in everything. I do however have two questions
1) How do you change the color of the grass? I'd like mine to be a little bit greener but am not sure how to replace the .png
2) Do you plan on adding MCPatcher files for water and lava animations? I got used to seeing them when I had the Painterly Pack and I know they'd look great in this one
llGuiltll
Thanks! And yah, the gravel was me being lazy. I'm reverting back to the older version until I can tackle it properly.
@twigiestdrip
The gravel looks like porridge and the lava looks like ketchup D:
This was not the most successful update ever. This should be improved with the next update (which will hopefully be done tonight.)
@Miner_13
Could you elaborate what you mean by homily?
@cuidag, @FrigginSandvich, @krafting, @Lolkekzor and @Bergene
Appreciate it, thanks!

1) The grass colour is located in the "misc" folder and called grasscolor.png. Just extract it, edit in whatever graphics program, and toss it back in the .zip.
2) I do plan on doing animated water and lava. However it is very difficult to get right and so far I've not had much success. I did at one point have a recoloured version of Painterly's water available but I'm under the impression that Painterly's creator prefers that people not redistribute his textures.

I edit the grasscolor-CG.png? Or do I edit all three (grasscolor.png, grasscolor-CG.png, grasscolor-DG.png)? Also how exactly do I rezip the zip file?

grasscolor.png, the others are options in case people prefer them better (at which point they would need to rename it to grasscolor.png).
Assuming you're using Windows, you should be able to copy the edited file, navigate to the misc folder in the zip, then paste it.

Alright. Once I do that, how do I revert the texture pack back to .zip format so that I can put it in minecraft?
This is great! Love pretty much all the textures. This is how I like my Minecraft to feel.
One small thing though. The cobble is great, but do you think you could darken the lines just a tad? I think it would make them look a bit more defined up close. But you don't have to if you don't want to.
Great stuff!

oh god everything is cobble
even the cobble is cobble is cobble
You shouldn't have to. You should be able to copy and paste the file into the zip folder.
But if you highlight all the folders, right click, select "send to" and the pick "compressed folder" it'll create a zip file
After saving the edited grasscolor.png, I try to highlight all of the folders to make a zip file but it ends up making a zip file of just the folder that my mouse is currently hovering over.
@Lil_BrOwNiE247
Try right-clicking on a file (terrain.png, for example) instead of a folder when sending it to a compressed folder. You also might want to start Googling this stuff. This is getting into the realm of general tech support and that's beyond my intended scope.
UPDATE
[*:3v98ci66]New Achievements UI
[*:3v98ci66]Painting frames made to match the rest of the pack.
[*:3v98ci66]Paintings themselves have been desaturated a little to match the rest of the pack.
[*:3v98ci66]Gravel is now back to the previous version (still working on it, but my last attempt sucked)
[*:3v98ci66]Tweaked water and lava.
[*:3v98ci66]Better sidegrass shading for biome compliant sidegrass.
[*:3v98ci66]Tweaked the contrast for sidegrass dirt, wooden planks, and cobble.
[*:3v98ci66]Updated birch log texture.
[*:3v98ci66]Most old textures are in the alts section in the terrain.png.
[*:3v98ci66]Fixed an issue for people using the default coloured grass/foliage version and who are using the patcher.
HELP! I could use your screenshots for the OP. If you have any choice shots of your builds or crazy landscapes or whatever, please consider posting a link so I can use them. I prefer screenshots that use the Custom Grass version, preferably with fancy graphics on, using the custom water/lava, and are unedited. Thanks!

Which MCPatcher actually allows me to install texture packs ? Since the 1.5_01 update, i cant seem to figure how to install texture packs.
