Sorry if I sound like a douche but... Meh. There are lots of 'simple' packs out there and this isn't too different from the hundreds already out there. Some people like that simple look, I do too at times but it's not too amazing to me.
Yeah, I kinda figured that many people would see this as "just another solid color texture pack" but I just thought I'd share it so others can use it if they want.
1 Should I change the texture of everything in the default terrain.png image?
2 Should I try to personalize all graphical representations in the game ex. items, mobs, sun/moon, armor, gui, art...?
3 When I am satisfied with my texture pack, what website(s)(free would be best) should I upload it to for others to download it from?
4 Should I have a disclaimer? Ex...
I am not responsible for any damage done to your minecraft world, minecraft files, computer files, residence, country, continent or planet! Any similarities between my work and other works is completely unintentional.
5 Is it ok to use textures from other packs as long as I ask permission and/or cite where I got the texture?
6 Should I take out the "what I have changed" and "what I have not changed" sections?
1. If you want the pack to look coherent, then yes. Otherwise it won't really work for actual game play.
2. Do what you want. I think if you do everything, it makes your pack more distinct from others and the defaults.
3. I host mine (for now) on mediafire.com You can upload without registering. If you want you can register quickly and easily for free. You get some basic file management tools with the free registration.
4. If it makes you feel safe, go for it.
5. I would really really ask for permission and credit the original artists.
6. I say leave it. It gives an idea of what youve done

Thanks for answering my questions, I will upload a downloadable version on mediafire today and update the op and start a change log (even though nothing has changed yet).

No problem. I'll give you a free tip. Hit f1 in game to remove the HUD and the arm of your character. Take the screenshots with all this stuff off. They just look 'better'.

Thanks for the feedback though!
