Happy to help! I think the end result looks pretty great. Love the strider and zoglin.
I did notice one last thing after downloading the finished pack though, and that's that you gave the new signs new inventory textures, but you haven't updated the other signs to match.
I'll also nag at you one last time to update the pack download over at planetminecraft.com.

Quick heads up, they're adding another new mob to 1.16 in an upcoming patch: the Piglin Brute. They'll probably be available in a snapshot pretty soon.

Looks like you missed the oak and dark oak signs. (The files for those are oak_sign.png and dark_oak_sign.png, right now you have the dark oak as darkoak_sign.png)
EDIT: oh also there's an extra pixel on the dark oak sign's item texture which shouldn't be there.

I've been a loyal user of Jolicraft for years. It's always pure joy to check the website looking for the newest version and see it already there. I love — better: I worship — the art, I love everything about it, and it complements the game like a superpower. Jolicraft takes up a huge part of the game's merit to have kept me playing for years. The pack is literally the biggest ally of my whole experience with Minecraft.
I've just read the "About" page on the website and it just made my relationship with Jolicraft so much better. It verbalizes very precisely the state of mind the pack brings: joy. I'm very happy you are "addicted", as the text says, to designing it. I'm truly very happy to read that. I hope we keep walking side by side as the next versions roll out; me, from Brazil, by admiring your art; you, from wherever you live — France? Because of Jolicoeur? —, by designing it.
I honestly believe I'm not the only long-term admirer. I felt the need to pass by and tell you my relationship with your work for 3 reasons: it's very true; I value giving feedback to artists; and the last paragraph of the "About" page told me, the reader, to do exactly what I'm doing right now.

However, and I’m really sorry to be a bother, I’m getting some very extreme white lines between the blocks, only when I have jolicraft activated. I have anti-aliasing turned down as low as it will go but it doesn’t seem to affect the white lines.
Does anyone have any advice for me? I’ve tried googling and I can’t seem to find the info I need, just lots of people talking about changing settings that I do not have on a console. I sincerely apologize if I’ve missed some glaringly obvious fix. And thank you all for reading.

Thank you sooooo much my friend! You're too kind. This is why I made Jolicraft in the first place. I hate the default look of Minecraft, with it's candyshop clashy colours and old ugly lazy textures. And I was always so frustrated finding a texture pack I loved, but then the creator would stop updating or take it in a different direction. Every time Minecraft would be updated, it's a whole new cohort of texture packs that wouldn't follow and would fade into obscurity. I vowed long ago to keep Jolicraft updated for the latest version of Minecraft FOREVER. Jolicraft will always be there to join you on your adventures
I'm from Canada, btw. Andre' Jolicoeur is the name, but I don't speak a word of french. My parents passed on the name but not the language.

Hey, your website still says the update for the bedrock version of the pack is "coming soon" but it went live on the marketplace a week ago. You should fix that real quick!
Anyways, I have a couple more small things to point out if you don't mind me tossing some more stuff onto your plate.
The textures for the blackstone bricks and cracked blackstone bricks should probably be made a bit darker, so that they match up more with the rest of the blackstone textures. I think it would make the bastions look nicer.
I think I sent you an email about this, but I noticed the blaze in the screenshots and panorama is totally different from the blaze in the java version of the pack. You may want to update the blaze texture so it matches what's in the bedrock version.
