Made an account just to reply to this. This is amazing. Completely love it. Only thing is the brick and fire. Is that already fixed and i missed it or are you working on it, if so I'll be checking for when it is done. Great texture pack.
I really like this pack (because I love Portal ), but I suggest that it could be more useable in singleplayer. Maybe just an alt with different wood and stone (what I noticed most) textures. Other than that, brilliant.
Do you have any specific suggested replacements? I don't want to support more than two packs of this due to time difficulties, but if you have a great idea for a substitution I might include it.

Just checked to make sure everything looks right, and it does. I assume you're using a 32x32 version of the pack, unpatched. You need to patch 32 packs, as per the instructions... then everything will show up like it should.
1.4 Update warning! (1.4 version isn't released yet, this is just a heads up)
Since potatoes were just added to the game, Precisely Portal will have a bit of switching around next update. Melons won't be potatoes anymore. Melons will be melons, and potatoes will be potatoes. Also, I've changed the combustible lemon to the fire charge instead, so flint and steel will be default. If you're making a map with those items, plan accordingly.
1.4.2 update:Lots-a stuff in this one, and I'm happy with most of it... except that Mojang changed the beacon texture. The old one was beautiful and the new one less so. ;_;
Updated: apples, fish, potion effect icons, leather armor, misc gui changes, fire charge (now combustible lemon), and sandstone.
Modified Portal: Mobs are now the Precisely Portal variants (I realized it was ridiculous to have two sets of mobs when they're still very easily recognizable). So both sets have the robot mobs.
Precisely Portal: Melons are now melons and potatoes are potatoes.
Teeny 1.4.3 update. I realized that I'd forgotten to update the language files, so since Mojang added another music disc to minecraft in 1.4.3 this seemed like a good opportunity to get both of those done.
Can you please make this texture pack for each update? That would be awesome. If you cant do that… then can you at least make this one for 1.4.5? I love this texture pack but I cant get it because its for 1.4.3 so please update it. Thanks!
If I were doing this texture pack, I'd have gold armor be an HEV suit (that way it needs to be 'charged' at an anvil to be useful) and leather armor be an orange jumpsuit (that way you can have your own minecraft character in the suit w/o making him/her again from scratch).
Of course, I'm artisically challenged, so there's that.
(And yes, I realize Portal 2 is in a new 'universe' now, but Portal was in the Half Life universe!)
Just a thought, making a furniture mod that resembles the portal game would be EPIC! Or maybe working along side one of the previous furniture mod creators. I'd say one but I dont want to advertise theirs over you. Plus this texture pack is the only thing thus far in minecraft I know hold a commitment for
Cool texture pack, i just want the portal gun mod textures to be updated and i would like a GLaDOS head out of bed rock, the last one is optional but great work
In the texturepack terrain of modified portal, what are the two blocks near the precisely portal's wooden door?
I think you're referring to the alternate textures included? Like the pressure plate or turret dispenser textures... these aren't included by default, but I put them in the terrain files so people can switch them out if they so wish. In the next update all the alternate textures will be in their own file to make this a little more clear.

While that's a good idea, I'm afraid that I can't make mods and I do not have the time to support textures for any specific mods (aside from iChun's Portal Gun Mod). Sorry. =(

Hm, it does look like iChun did do an update I missed. So I'll have those new textures in the next update. But I'm afraid there are currently no plans to change bedrock to look like GLaDOS's head, so I would suggest taking a look at the 1x2 painting I textured to look like her and considering using that instead.

I like the idea, but I may or may not add it due to time/I really suck at texturing armors. =P Thanks for the suggestion!
Last notes: For those asking for a 1.4.5 update, I apologize for not putting that out earlier. I had thought that fireworks and such were going to be added in 1.5, so I didn't realize until just recently that they were already in vanilla. So that being said: Give me another day or so to finish that up as I'm in the middle of moving everything over to the 1.5 format and there's a lot of nitpicky work to be done.
Lastly: the 1.5 update should have a lot of new things to play with (such as I FINALLY TEXTURED BOWS), and you shouldn't need to patch the 32x32 packs anymore! Hooray for simplification!
IMPORTANT INFO: In 1.5 I am moving over the grey/black wools ("unportable" blocks like these) to quartz ones instead due to them being fireproof/making more sense physically. If you have a dungeon, you will need to replace your these wools with quartz (this should be relatively easy to do with MCEdit as explained here, but I figured I should warn you in advance so no-one is caught off-guard).
1.5 pre-release update: (some things need fine tuning, but the brunt work is done)
Patching is no longer required for 32x texture packs (horray!). If you are using a version of minecraft lower than 1.5, you will still need to patch 32x32 packs with optifine or mcpatcher.
Updated: bow, saddle, portal gun mod textures (to version 1.4.7). "Unportable" grey/lightgray/black wools are now quartz instead (so you may need to replace said blocks in your dungeons. It's should be easy enough if you use McEdit as explained here). No more fire risk! And if you're not ready for these changes quite yet I kept a download link for 1.4.3 in the change log. Just keep in mind that these quartz changes will be permanent from 1.5 on.
Thanks for updating to 1.5! This is my favorite texturepack and I don't want the revolution of the new texturepacks ruining the fun of Minecraft for me.
EDIT: Can I make support signatures with some blocks from this texturepack?

I'm glad you enjoy it, and if you want to make a sig using some images that should be fine. =)
Notes on next update: I'm working on animating the 32x32 personality cores, and so far I have the anger core and parts of Wheatley finished, woo! I'm very excited about how they are turning out so far, so here's a very short gif to give you a preview (the finished core does a lot more than just shake its head, of course, but I can't be bothered to gif the whole thing. You'll just have to wait until the official 1.5 release to see it in the finished form... or replace the files in your downloaded pack with these two things if you're really curious):

In other news, I love the carrots I made. <3
YOU ARE AWESOME!
If you want to see my map, you can get it here.
New: Pigs, bat, wither boss/skeleton, witches, villager zombies, villager emotion bubbles, beacon, carrots/potatoes, pumpkin pie, item frames, flower pots, skull heads, fishing carrot, nether star, and ender chest.
Updated: apples, fish, potion effect icons, leather armor, misc gui changes, fire charge (now combustible lemon), and sandstone.
