It's actually a very simple process to download. You click the link, it opens the download page, you click the *download file* link on that page. Don't be fooled by a link, just because it says download. There's often more than one link on the download page at these sites. No doubt this is why you are downloading codecs. Mouse over them, see where the link goes to before you click it....
Peace
Thanks a lot for responding. I'll try and pay attention this time! :smile.gif: I was soooo tired and just clicking on anything that said "Download." I appreciate the explanation. This pack looks amazing, and my sons are really looking forward to it. I've downloaded a few 1.3 packs and they crash after about 10 minutes, so thanks for the heads up.
Whew, after a 25 hour marathon of work, I have finally finished almost all of the items. I decided to leave armor for another day, and the bow I just plain forgot, but I'd say this is a pretty crazy update! Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm taking a break from working on this for a couple of days...
This is some fantastic work. I have a couple of minor issues, however. Namely, ice appears to have a dark edge on one side.
Double iron doors show this sliver of texture where they meet, presumably because they're intentionally not flush with the edges, which is fine. Just thought you'd like to know, if you didn't already.
Sorry about my Photobucket pics. I've never had this issue before with pics I've posted using it. :sad.gif: I guess too many people want to see this pack, so at least that's a good thing. :smile.gif:
This is the most amazing pack in the world!
Infinite for you!
I just got the patcher today, and learned my computer can handle 128x texture packs (at least while just running around), and I have got to say out of every texture pack I have ever used or seen this is hands-down the best one. I've spent countless hours going through 16x texture packs to create my ideal pack by taking bits straight from other packs, tweaking bits, and making my own bits. But now? All that work has been wasted, unless I'm building/mining, as Claycraft is now my default. I am truly in awe. This is the most original texture pack idea I've ever even heard of.
From one clay-sculptor to another, you rock! I can't imagine the hours that have gone into this pack, from sculpting to Photoshopping. I'm floored. I knew I'd love this pack, but wow. Its even more amazing than I thought!.
I've added a small update to the main post, go have a look! Edit: Whoops, messed something up, one sec... Ok, fixed

This one has me stumped, I see it in game too, but it looks fine in photoshop... I'll look at it some more later.

I'm not really happy with the iron doors in general, to be honest. Mostly the pretty poor job I did masking it out from the background, as you can still see a brown outline. I've played with it a bit in this update, but I think I should just redo it.

They're back up now, but perhaps I should just re-host them?

Thanks! For a bit of context as to the time this has taken, the items along took about 25 hours. The regular blocks took even longer, as I had to make them tile properly in Photoshop.
please upload this some where else the sites been down for like ever and i rele want to use this tex pack it look awmazing
Huh, it's still working fine for me, keep in mind that multiupload automatically uploads it to quite a few mirrors, and displays them on the main download page. Here's another mirror just in case: http://filesmelt.com/dl/claycraft1.zip

Will we be seeing a 64X pack in the future? because my computer just isnt fast enough to run 128X smoothly
Sure, I'll try it out in the next update. It might look a little crap but I'll see what happens.

Keep working on the armor!
I'm not sure what I want to do with the armor yet, should I just have simple armor like the default textures, or should I have something a little more detailed?

I wish I was in this :C
EDIT: There should be a mirror for the download, in case the first site is down or if something is wrong with the download.

C'mon fight them if you dare!
