Pretty good so far!
I don't really like the iron door though, looks like grey painted wood more than iron.
I'm pretty sure that's just a placeholder until he gets a chance to make a proper iron door.
And Dableo, usually I prefer solid iron doors with a little porthole to peek through, but I think your clay style would lend itself really well to an iron-bars style door. Something like JohnSmith's iron door done with clay would look fantastic.
Please help me....I am incapable of downloading texture packs. Doesn't matter whose pack it is, or whose mod it is, I follow the steps, and it never works. Ever. I downloaded the pack. I opened MC patched, opened the clay pack in the bottom window, selected 128x128, patched, nothing.

Hmm. Is your minecraft clean? Try deleting the 'version' file in minecraft's bin folder, then running and closing minecraft. Then run mcpatcher, browse for the .zip of my texture pack, and hit patch.
It should look something like this:

If this still doesn't work, I'd recommend asking for help in this thread.
Sorry updates have been slow, I've been busy these last few days. I've finished the pig, cow, and sheep, and am moving on to the others. Should I release the mobs I have now, or just wait till they're all done?
Edit
Btw, I've just done a quick update to the terrain.png to make gold a little better and window borders a little thinner.
I decided to go ahead and upload the mobs I have done, as well as some other things. Check the first post for details.
I you guys aren't too opposed to it, I might just leave the hostile mobs for now and whip up an item.png, what do you think?
Also, it would be really cool if some of you could upload screenshots (or dare I say videos) of your world, I'm curious to see what they look like with this pack! I'll post a bunch in the main post if they're cool. :smile.gif:
As for mobs, this pack is just crying out for a clay Creeper. But take your time and get it right. If you'd rather work on the items.png first, then go with whatever you feel most inspired to do. I love the animals so far, especially the sheep.
Still loving this pack! More people need to know about it.
Here are some screenshots, though I'm more of an explorer than a builder right now. (One caveat: I fill in the gaps of Claycraft with stuff from Bropaint, so my images will look different than using Claycraft exclusively. Can't wait for my worlds to be 100% clay!)
Huh, I figured the Minecraft update was going to be delayed, so thought I could take a breather, apparently not :tongue.gif:.
I've added the new stuff (patch notes in the first post). It looks like the HD patcher hasn't been updated yet, so you can't use these in game quite yet.

Wow, thanks! I'll add a few of those to the main post. I especially needed some screenies of the nether.
This is a really nice texture pack. Love how it uses the extra pixels to soften the edges rather than introduce more noise. One of the issues that I have playing the game is getting motion sickness from all of the low resolution textures. A lot of texture packs use a larger size but they have so much detail that it makes everything just as messy to look at. This one seems like it will make the game a lot smoother and I can't wait to try it out. Only one complaint though, why are the jack o laterns sad? Can't they be happy? :tongue.gif: Actually... It might be funny if they were sad when they aren't light, and happy or scary when they are.
Heh, dropbox appears to have choked on the traffic. I've uploaded the file to multi upload. Unfortunately, the images are still broken. I'll deal with those tomorrow.
Also, do you folks prefer high amounts of tiny updates, or updating in large chunks?
Well, I don't think I'll ever use another texture pack again. Seeing as this could never possibly be beaten. Also, I was curious as to how things are progressing? When do you think there might be another update or?
