So I just installed the pack, and it seems to work fine, except for one texture so far. The pumpkins/ Jack-o-lanterns are shall I say.... odd lol? They are a combination of the pumpkin skin as well as the default lava and water source blocks. Sort of a frankenstein's monster mishmash of parts Is this a know issue or did something go wrong in the installation? There may be other issues but thats all I saw so far.

First post buddy.
Read it. Read it all. Took me 5 seconds to spot it.

Its a 32bit texture. The lava and water textures are hardcoded into their place in 16 bit locations. when you load a 32 bit texture, it loads the hardcoded bit in where it originally was. if you overlay a 16x16 texture on a 32x32 one, you can see that the water and lava appear over the pumpkin.

Use the HD texture fix to fix it.
yeah i thought that might be the case since that was the answer to other problems, thanks for the reply
until today, when it reverted to its glitched-up-ed-ness.
its acting as if i didnt use the HD texture patcher. i have re-done it 3 times and it still yields flaming gold blocks and blue netherrack. also, fire is not animated.
I think its because of this server downtime. i noticed none of my mods were working eithyer, ive got absolutley no idea whats causing it to do that though
This texture pack is awesome! Thank you for not changing the mob skins!

Quick question to anyone out there - How many people would be interested in a 16 bit verion of these textures?
I don't see why not. A lot of people don't like the higher res 32bit textures. Plus we have to keep patching Minecraft after every update until Notch makes Minecraft more 32bit compatible. Which isn't likely to happen.
If this were a poll I'd vote Yes.
P.S. Oh, and one more thing. The Compass and the Clock weren't working when I first tried the Biome version. I'm too lazy to go back and double check. I'm perfectly happy with the Non-Biome!
Gonna do a couple of updates when i get the time. Im gonna make the purple block slightly darker and more inkeeping with the theme, and possibly make a new lapis texture. Im also going to have a poke round with the netherrack textures.

Oh heck yes! I love this pack and it's the main one I use, but I also like looking at other pack or trying to one I'm making. If it were 16 bit too, I could check out other packs for a while, then go back to 32 after I'm done.
I adore this. Noticed the texture the Yogscast guys use and fell in love, so came searching. Love the muted colours. Thanks so much for updating and gathering so much to make this perfect. I'm telling all my server friends about it.
My only complaint is that the bricks are not red; they don't seem to be really distinguished much from the stone which makes them pointless to bother with due to the hassle of creating them. I think that if you returned them to redness it would give them back the visual appeal of brick; simply a matter of personal taste, though, of course.
With regards to the bricks, I always thaught the red heavily clashed. I had tried making them red, but eventually went back to the classic stone colorued bricks. I feel theyre just a nicer texture for paving and stuff like that.
And with regards to the difference between biome.non-biome, the biome version coloures the grass depending on the biome, and the non biome has a static grass colour
Bolded is correct. You need 32x32 items with 32x32 textures.
Here. Use these by the wonderful and amazing Hozz.
Also, a couple of posts up I posted a 32x32 upscaling of my items, that should work too.
