I am new here on the boards, but have been enjoying Minecraft for quite a while now. The creativity this game spurs is truly amazing, and I am really excited to see where it takes us all!
Since I am also an artist, I decided to convert some of my oil paintings into digital format and swap out the default painting textures.
I think it adds a bit of a "feminine mystique touch" to any home/structure ;p
Here's a sample screenshot, but not all of the works are shown
Nice stuff! Perhaps you could release I higher resolution as well? I run 64x64 and It would be cool if these paintings could be made to match.
Thanks for the suggestion :smile.gif: I'd like to make it higher resolution but does 64x64 mean 64 pixels by 64 pixels for a single block's face?
So, if you look at a block of ingame with the default texture pack it is 16 pixels tall and 16 pixels wide I have a texture pack that each block is 64 pixels tall and 64 pixels wide.
So, yea, you hit the nail on the head more or less.
