When If possible I can edit top and bottom as well, then I will, otherwise it won't really look like lego so much will it? Rather just flat surfaces.
what i meant was have the lego studs on the ores but just their colors + saw you have already done the ores but just wanted to explain what i meant =) and good job on the icons diamond and gold sammich 4 u
A few questions about this pack that I want to ask you guys.
How should I do the leaves, they're becoming an irritant towards my eyes in this pack simply because I don't know what to do with them. If you have any ideas please feel free to post them.
try to incorporate a studded green block but with tiny holes in it? if its possible? (i have no experience in this sort of thing just throwing some ideas around) and can you tell im interested in how this pack will come out
Well thats a lego tree. You could always do something like the technic blocks that have a series of holes in them.
*edit: Ah found a picture of a technic block, so like this but square? Essentially your block tree but the pegs are holes. I hope this is making sense...

I edited my last post to be more clear. But that looks pretty good actually.

I'll be making a 32x32 pack of this too once I finish the 16x16. Simply 'cause there are some HD freaks out there who would fret about something like how all 16x16 packs are terrible :biggrin.gif:.
Yea, I could do with redoing pumpkin faces. How do you mean a gap in the corner? I did try and use a corner curve, but with 16x16 this proved very difficult.

Without changing the trees themselves, I'll probably just go with normal blocks. With a few holes in. I'll put up a screenie in a mo.
Is this how you meant, 'cause I hope it is, it looks much better than expected.
The glass has been made a bit wider now.
From left to right. Cobblestone, Wood, Obsidian, Glass, Lit pumpkin, Door, Lit furnace, Storage, Workbench, Furnace, Rock, Sand.
There are plenty of leaves around the place as well as tree, grass and dirt.
Tell me what you think.
I'm not sure about the pumpkin faces, perhaps make them look like Lego-people faces?
Tracks are a bit tricky to see as well, I'm not sure how Lego-y train tracks can look.

You're pretty close but just add a gap in that corner piece or something.
Great lookin' so far!
