Hey just wondering if you have the latest version of REZCRAFT out for us to try because on the first post u only have version .52 out. Can't wait for the finished product
I think an unofficial update thread for this pack needs to be created so that the first post can be updated again. With no news even that it's no longer being worked on by the original artist, it's no surprise that people are posting about updating the link without realizing it.
I should update the front page. But I'll do it tomorrow and let people get the last of the dl before I take it down. I'm working on a new pack though and I will do individual items if requested a lot.
I hate to be such a noob here, but how the heck can I edit the files in the .jar? I'm on a Mac, and I have installed the GLSL stuff, but I'm now stuck.
Such a shame you've decided not to update this anymore, I've used it since I found out about it I don't even know how long ago now. Months? The unoficial updates are fantastic. But I don't know how to install those other mods, the light ones. Do they just go into the jar or is there something else I need to do?
I look forward to your other pack though. You do great work.
Whatever I do the bump mapping simply won't work :sad.gif:
I used the base.vsh from the daxnitro bump mapping folder.
Hopefully I'm not just putting it in the wrong place?
I put it in the mod/shaders/contents/files/shaders folder.
Also when I move side to side, torches look really messed up.
I changed to the default final.fsh but that didn't help D:
The glowy stuff worked though.
EDIT: (I'll keep this up for people who get the same problem)
I FIXED ALL THIS
Just had to manually place all the terrain files in the minecraft.jar :/ derp
I thought the mcpatcher did that automatically but nope :sad.gif:
Great texture pack! I really like the TNT design, with it being orange. XD Idk if this is a reference to CLU2, as it IS his color, being destructive or not, but it sure as hell helped me demolish an island...
Anywho, after the demolishing, my texture suddenly went back to Default... I reinstalled it afterwards, just incase MC decided to **** with me, and now it keeps crashing just AFTER I log in at the Mojang Specifications Screen... I tried it without the HD addon and WITH it... but no dice...
Development of the GLSL bits is halted for the time being. I was away from minecraft for a while, busy with other games and real life. When I got back someone showed me the wonders if industrial craft... So.... :tongue.gif:
I did a small update on the shader anyway:

Links:
minecraft.jar/shaders/final.fsh - UPDATED - Now torches should give a bit more light. Lemme know what you guys think.
minecraft.jar/shaders/base.fsh - 64x bumpmap + my own glow hack.
minecraft.jar/shaders/base.vsh - You need this from "mods/shaders/alternative shaders/daxnitro-bump mapping" from your GLSL install folder.
minecraft.jar/terrain.png - Different glass + colored wheat.
minecraft.jar/terrain_nh.png - ~50% done
minecraft.jar/terrain_s.png - ~30% done
Part of the problem of the torches not giving light is because the textures themselves are really dark. So they are not exactly 'reflective'. That's my only issue with this texture pack, everything ends up so dark, but at least that gives a nice contrast with the glow now.
Edit: If anyone else is continuing this texture pack, make sure to announce, make a new post and let me know, if you want to add my stuff to the pack.
I used to absolutely hate night time in minecraft and now I love it because of that glsl lighting!
i had download the version 5 and it's says the file is corrupted
if you can post news file, i will be happy.

Hooray it looks awesome.

Is this a common problem?
