As an aside, sorry it took me so long to update. I had to move over Thanksgiving holiday and I haven't had any internet access for weeks.

Sorry the download links had to go down in the first place.
A minor update brings us to v0.3! As usual this update has also been added to the first post.
-----
V0.3 -- Third Release -- 12/12/10
I added the fishing rod bobber in this release. The pack version number will also now appear in the Texture Packs menu. Besides that, no other changes.
Another update. Screenshots later, but everything should look much more detailed. Should be closer to the original 32x32 set.
-----
V0.4 -- Fourth Release -- 12/12/10
This is a major update. I have refinished most of the textures in the pack and everything should look much less blurry now. To make the custom liquids work, you can install the pack using the HD texture patcher. Make sure custom water and lava are checked.
Another update, this time to correct a mistake I made when I was finishing up the last version.
-----
v0.5 -- Fourth Release -- 12/13/10
I accidentally left out a few of the refinished textures in v0.4; most notably the new wooden door and leaf textures. I also went ahead and tweaked the iron door a little bit while I had Paint.NET open. This will probably be the last release for a while, the pack is pretty much complete at this point. If you just couldn't live without the detail of the original 32x32 set you should definitely give this version a try.
Now that the 16x16 pack is pretty much complete I am going to start working on an updated 32x32 release. Should be pretty easy to do, I just need to add the boo textures to the original doku set and swap in the new items. I'm at work right now but I will try to get it done tonight. Just for reference, it will be a pure doku update, i.e. there will not be any textures from other packs swapped in. I may use/create new textures for the boo blocks.
I'll update this thread with the release when it's done.
Big update! The 32x32 release is finally up. Details and download in the first post.
Well of course it is, that's because this was already done months ago, by Doku...
I will admit that you did a good job making his 32x32 textures into a working 16x16 pack,
however your "new" 32x32 texture are almost exactly the same as Doku's old textures
Thanks! But I don't think that would be acceptable. Even though I worked on the resized textures alot, they're still based on someone else's textures. I'm not trying to profit from anyone else's work. I will take it as a compliment though :biggrin.gif:

I never said they were new. I did say that they were updated to work with the newest Minecraft releases, and that's exactly what they are. If you read the original post (hint: look in the 'background' section just below the new release info) you would have seen that I give doku all the credit for the original textures. The readme in each file states the same.
I'm sorry, but I really don't see the problem here. I am not trying to take credit for his work -- I am, however, taking credit for updating the pack to be compatible with post-boo updates, as well as the manually restoring/adding details in the 16x16 version. That was a lot of work, you know?
EDIT: In the interests of making everyone happy I have added a disclaimer in bold to the top of the original post. Hopefully nobody else will accuse me of trying to steal doku's work, but I guess I just can't win here.

I just dont understand why you added the 32x32 later when it was already there the whole time...
Yes, I know you made a few adjustments to make it work, but why not just throw it in from the beginning?

Fair enough. Well, in the beginning I was only interested in doing the 16x16 version. I prefer 16x16 textures but I really enjoyed the color palette of doku's pack. I had to move over Thanksgiving holiday and I did not have a stable internet connection for three weeks, thus the delay. That's why it took me over a month to update the 16x16 version and scratch together a 32x32 update. I promise there was no sinister purpose behind it :biggrin.gif:
The only reason I bothered with updating the original 32x32 set at all is because there were some requests for me to do so in this very thread. I would have done it sooner if I could have. I guess the main reason I wanted to update the 32x32 version was because nobody else seems to have released a faithful update. There are post-boo versions floating around but they all seem to have textures from other packs mixed in. I like the pure doku set, and I'm willing to bet there's some other people here that do too.
A few minor fixes and edits brings the 16x16 release to v0.6!
-----
v0.6 -- 12/14/10
In this release I fixed a few small alignment issues and changed the design of the glass block to make it easier to see through. I also cleaned up the wooden chest textures and the trim on the double chest now lines up properly.
Is there anyway for you to not post though filedoppler?
I know it might be a little bit to much to ask but I would be really appreciative it if you can.
:smile.gif:
I'll try to accommodate people if I can. Is there a certain download service that you'd prefer? I'd host a mirror on my own server but, unfortunately, I don't yet have stable internet at my new house.

Thank you for your effort, Sine. This was needed and is much appreciated! :-)
If this came out earlier I wouldn't make my own texture pack :-) But then - it didn't, so I made a pack that's trying to bring Doku-ish RPG feeling into 16x16 textures. It's being done from scratch and it's coming soon.
Thank you! And let me know when you've got a release of your 16x16 pack. I'd love to take a look at it!
The new 32x32 textures are looking great, keep up the awesomeness!
Thanks, but I can't take credit for the 32x32 textures. They are doku's originals. All I did was update the pack and add the new Boo textures :biggrin.gif:

I can only use mediafire for some reason. and I understand what you mean on the unstable internet, I've got the same problem over here.
Uhh, are you kidding me with this "new" release of a 32x32 version? For one, I've had one and have been using it since Halloween. Two, the new halloween textures you added are just the vanilla ones. In fact, they're still 16x16, just upscaled by 4. Three, someone else already even did that! In fact, it's in this thread on the first page:

I updated doku's pack too, but as I always use the 32x32 version I ported the new sprites from the new terrain with no modifications. Needs the new HD fix to work though.
The grass and leaves work as intended and besides the pumpkins nothing else is bugged.
This. I like it.
There are two main differences between the one you released and the one above. 1. Yours has an ugly greenish hue on all the textures
2. Your unsaturated textures are slightly darker, which may have been caused by the ugly greenish hue you added.
V0.2 -- Second Release -- 12/11/10
I have updated the pack to be compatible with the new Texture Packs menu.
