In another thread some guys figured out just what part of the trianlge pic that is the overlay for grass and leaves corresponds to which biome.
Here is a relevant picture and explanation so that you can customize the color for each biome:

I have partial green colourblindness ^^; I can't use this to map colours to the grass and leaves for this mod because I may be off, while using the tiles straight from the game, obviously, means that the colours will be completely accurate
How does this affect anything? Well, I'll need to make the grass and leaf blocks gray scale, and I won't know what gray would cause what green, not to mention that the green needed for 100% colours may not be on the tiles, due to the whole gray thing
So yeah, if somebody could do that part for me, I can provide the colours straight from the game for Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter (ok, to be fair, I could do Winter (Not sure how much green the fall colours use to make the variety of colours))
Great, but grass needs to be a little less bright =)

I just got to play with the new texture loader feature. I'll fix things up and put up a zip file ASAP for you guys
I'll also make the grasscolor and foliagecolor use the colours for each season of grass and leaf (you guys will need to be patient with that one - as mentioned before, I have partial green colourblindness, so I will likely be off with the grass and foliage colour)

Ok, I didn't alter the other GUI's. Why? Well, I want your opinion. Should everything use the style that the Inventory and GUI use, or should the GUI and/or Inventory use the look I gave everything else? IF YOU DO NOT TELL ME, EVERYTHING WILL GO TO THE STYLE OF THE INVENTORY! SO YEAH, EXERCISE YOUR ABILITY TO VOTE, PEOPLE!

For yellow flower, you could make it look like moondrop flower (not sure how though..)
For red flower, you could make it look like red magic flower.
torch could look like lamp (for lamp posts)
heh...ran-out of ideas...

I noticed the two mushrooms almost look the same. Why not turn the brown mushroom to truffle?
redstone dust is ok...sort of...no better idea for that too...
how about turning it into "wire" wire? yellow is activated, black is not...or sumthin' like that ;p
Also, Notch, you REALLY need to realign those horns. One is in the cows head, and the other is floating, unattached
Anyways, yeah, the horns are too big and not fully attached on one side. I tried removing them. Looked horrid

EDIT: I'll move on to the rest of the body while I work on the horn issue
So, want the spot mirrored onto both sides of the cow (only reason this is the case in Harvest Moon SNES is due to not giving a unique sprite to each side), or want me to make a new spot pattern?
