Ok well I gave re-skinning the moon phases a shot and made a little something.
Nothing too fancy but thought it would be nice to share it, so if anyone wants it here :tongue.gif:
This just occurred to me, though I realize other people may have realized it immediately.
Moon phases basically means we can just choose eight different textures of any variety, as long as they're the same resolution, and have Minecraft rotate through them. In fact, you could spell "Minecraft" out of the moon phases, as long as you combined two of the letters together.
