This is a texture pack that transforms minecraft from medieval to futuristic. Almost everything has been redone and updated. Everyone likes robots and shooting lazers, right?
Recent Updates:
-Added health and armor bars
-Updated cross-hair
-Revamped tools (buzz saw, drill hammer, etc)
-Changed flint and steel to Zippo, string to bolts, feathers to fuel
-Changed bow/arrows to blaster/lazers.
-Changed digging progress cracks to loading bar.
-Redid TNT, as I forgot it was in indev.
Instructions(pc) on how to apply the texture pack to your game have been included in the zip.
And here is a little table so you know what you're mining and crafting.
As this was created for indev, not all the tiles have been changed. If you would like to use this theme in creative mode, feel free to modify the remaining tiles and move around the files to work.
Isn't the cracks from mining things a separate texture? Maybe you could turn that into some kind of progress bar.

Yes they are. That's a good suggestion and I'll give it a shot when I go to redo bows. Anyone have any suggestions for the tools? I reshaped swords but the rest of the tools only have a recolour so far.
How about some kind of drill/jackhammer for pickaxe?

aweee, just gave reskinning indev a go...and now it crashes every few seconds and didn't even change skins. Epic fail.
EDIT: sound and movement are now extremely laggy, the texture is still the old one, and its just annoying all around. Is there anyway to just get the standard files back to start from scratch?
EDIT EDIT: now working, buuut still unnaturally laggy. Frame rate is high but game freezes constantly for a few seconds at a time. Anyone else experiencing this?

Delete the entire minecraft_sneekpeak, then reload indev. Should work. I think. Maybe. :biggrin.gif:

it worked, thanks.
Also got this texture working (with a backup folder for the standard and all other textures I use :wink.gif: ). Great work! only think that somewhat bothered me was that circuit boards (reg stone) becomes metal (cobblestone), otherwise great looking, almost makes me value dirt over solid ore.
I had planned to make something like this. Why do people always take my ideas that I haven't announced anywhere while I'm sitting around delaying them?

Love the leaves and mobs. =D
<play>
EDIT: You may want to change the arrow color under "item->arrow" to match the inventory color.
Just a suggestion. =)
On second thought, maybe when I get back on my home computer I'll change the arrows to lazers and bows to guns anyway.
That... would... be... AWESOME!
Alot less primative too. :wink.gif:

This is really well made!
And what are your plans for crops and seeds?

That is NEVER a bad thing.
Awesome retexture.
