I am game and software developer. After fresh Ubuntu 20.04 installation I was not satisfied with the performance of Minecraft, even after several tweaks in the game settings. Long time I tried to speed up the game and ended up succeeding
Utility written as bash script, it's absolutely safe. It is works as wrapper for real java runtime binary .On Intel HD 620 integrated graphics it gives me 60-67 FPS instead of 30-33!
Prerequisites:
1. Installed compatible java runtime (type java -version in the terminal to check installation)
