Are you talking about what I should add for the JVM Arguments? In the installation guide it tells me to add this;
3. Open the Minecraft launcher, and click the "edit profile" button for the profile you want to add PML to.
a. In the "JVM Arguments" section, add the following (with one space before and after any other jvm arguments), then save the profile:
-javaagent:PMLCore/PMLPremain.jar=-

The instructions for installing this is very... confusing. I'm not sure what needs to be done to install this to a Technic pack I'm working on.
Do the files need to go into the mods folder? Do they do into a folder in the folder? Do they go into the main folder? What about this renaming stuff?
I've done so many things, and I just can't get PML to actually be recognized in my client -- when I launch it without Seasons, it doesn't show in my mod list, and when I launch it with Seasons, it just says it requires mcpml 10.1.
I don't wanna give up on this, but I'm already like 4-5 hours into tinkering with things. There doesn't seem to be a good step-by-step, and I'd really like to get the Seasons mod working for a pack for my friends and I. I saw a walkthrough video and it wasn't helpful, since it only deals with the vanilla minecraft launcher.

Hello, I have been having some trouble figuring out how to install PML and am getting crashes whenever minecraft loads up. Here is the error log it has been giving me on crashing. if it helps, I use a macbook for minecraft which has caused issues with some mods in the past so it may just be that. Thank you for whatever help you may be able to give. I discovered that the error was actually an issue with my install of forge and has since been corrected.

At a guess... Maybe PML is getting pointed to the wrong jar, or something similar? It sounds like MultiMC will use that JAR as a starting point and build the game from there, using the version.jar and any jar mods you have, before launching it entirely. Of course, I could be entirely wrong, but that's the impression I'm getting from it.
When I told it to use the jar "F:\Games\Minecraft\MultiMC\versions\1.7.10\1.7.10.jar", it got a little bit further before crashing:

I'm hoping you can use this information to help, because I can currently only run the 3.0b4 public beta thing in MultiMC, and that version presumably has a bunch more incompatibilities.
Getting an interesting crash where a texture isn't registering correctly. Definitely coming from the Seasons mod, and I've got a feeling it has to do with PML.

I installed PML for the Seasons mod, but ultimately decided against it. Upon uninstalling it, I discovered that my Curse/Twitch launcher had broken. Pressing play on a modpack brings me to the Mojang launcher, but it immediately crashes when I try to load the game. There is no crash report that I can find, there is no crash log in the modpack folder.
Launching Minecraft through the Mojang launcher (avoiding Twitch completely) works . Launching any modpack from Twitch results in a crash. Launching a newly downloaded pack from Twitch results in a crash. Launching new Custom pack results in a crash. Launching an imported pack results in a crash.
EDIT: I feel like an idiot, I forgot to remove the additional Java arguments. Nevermind.
So, what's with the server installation instructions in the .zip file? I followed those instructions to get PML installed on my Forge server (I'd already successfully done so with on my client installation), but after completing all 8 steps, I couldn't launch the server. The server didn't crash, it just never launched the server jar file. I checked the error log and got only the barest of log files. Only a server tick loop exception was reported as the error.
At any rate, I decided to abandon that approach altogether, and instead I just installed PML on my server using the client installation instructions, with the modification that I added the -javaagent argument to a batch file which I use to run the server, and I now have the Realistic Leaves Mod working on my modded server. So, was that supposed to work that way? Are the installation instructions just for a different version of Minecraft? I should mention that I'm running on 1.7.10 still.

Curse PremiumThe instructions for installing this is very... confusing. I'm not sure what needs to be done to install this to a Technic pack I'm working on.
Do the files need to go into the mods folder? Do they do into a folder in the folder? Do they go into the main folder? What about this renaming stuff?
I've done so many things, and I just can't get PML to actually be recognized in my client -- when I launch it without Seasons, it doesn't show in my mod list, and when I launch it with Seasons, it just says it requires mcpml 10.1.
I don't wanna give up on this, but I'm already like 4-5 hours into tinkering with things. There doesn't seem to be a good step-by-step, and I'd really like to get the Seasons mod working for a pack for my friends and I. I saw a walkthrough video and it wasn't helpful, since it only deals with the vanilla minecraft launcher.

Hello, I have been having some trouble figuring out how to install PML and am getting crashes whenever minecraft loads up. Here is the error log it has been giving me on crashing. if it helps, I use a macbook for minecraft which has caused issues with some mods in the past so it may just be that. I don't know if MultiMC support has been worked on yet, but if there has, perhaps this report would help:
At a guess... Maybe PML is getting pointed to the wrong jar, or something similar? It sounds like MultiMC will use that JAR as a starting point and build the game from there, using the version.jar and any jar mods you have, before launching it entirely. Of course, I could be entirely wrong, but that's the impression I'm getting from it.
When I told it to use the jar "F:\Games\Minecraft\MultiMC\versions\1.7.10\1.7.10.jar", it got a little bit further before crashing:
I'm hoping you can use this information to help, because I can currently only run the 3.0b4 public beta thing in MultiMC, and that version presumably has a bunch more incompatibilities.
Getting an interesting crash where a texture isn't registering correctly. Definitely coming from the Seasons mod, and I've got a feeling it has to do with PML.

Curse PremiumIs this compatible with MultiMC? Whenever I try to load this mod using the JVM arguments, it crashes before the game even loads.

HELP me plz.... having this error when starting the server......don't know what to do
I installed PML for the Seasons mod, but ultimately decided against it. Upon uninstalling it, I discovered that my Curse/Twitch launcher had broken. Pressing play on a modpack brings me to the Mojang launcher, but it immediately crashes when I try to load the game. There is no crash report that I can find, there is no crash log in the modpack folder.
Launching Minecraft through the Mojang launcher (avoiding Twitch completely) works . Launching any modpack from Twitch results in a crash. Launching a newly downloaded pack from Twitch results in a crash. Launching new Custom pack results in a crash. Launching an imported pack results in a crash.
EDIT: I feel like an idiot, I forgot to remove the additional Java arguments. Nevermind.
So, what's with the server installation instructions in the .zip file? I followed those instructions to get PML installed on my Forge server (I'd already successfully done so with on my client installation), but after completing all 8 steps, I couldn't launch the server. The server didn't crash, it just never launched the server jar file. I checked the error log and got only the barest of log files. Only a server tick loop exception was reported as the error.
At any rate, I decided to abandon that approach altogether, and instead I just installed PML on my server using the client installation instructions, with the modification that I added the -javaagent argument to a batch file which I use to run the server, and I now have the Realistic Leaves Mod working on my modded server. So, was that supposed to work that way? Are the installation instructions just for a different version of Minecraft? I should mention that I'm running on 1.7.10 still.
