If you're not doing any further work on this very useful tool -- the website is even gone -- why not share the source on github / sourchforge / etc.? Others then have the opportunity to continue development.
i tried downloading the building planner but the verification thing is a scam. it wont let me avoid installing the chrome extension. reviews on the extension say it is a scam extension. how can i download the building planner without having to install a threatening extension

I dont know why the site owner or the program developer stopped supporting or making it avail.
I would think someone would buy the rights to the program from the author and make it perm part of minecraft which would be nice . especially if it would read the files and include any mods installed in the block choices ..
