And then I've got an idea - make UO world in minecraft. I began to build, and, finally, I understood that world is so big. As I'am a programmer I decided to make a world converter for this task...
Core:
Today I'am finished this tool(Honestly - it's a little bit complicate) and it's only need a content. It consists of:
- Two runUO scripts
- Bukkit plugin
What it can do now?
- Terrain and multis exporting(You can get very fancy and solid terrain, but buildings are still weird)
Problems:
- Game designers made very assymetric world;
- Tool can fully convert land(Maybe, some tiles don't), But in the game exists something about 40k items, I just can't to add them all
- Full Felucca map weights ~0.5 GB
Pros:
- Very big MMO world(5 worlds, to be exact)
Usage:
(Optional, I've already scanned uo maps for you)
- Compile RunUO scripts(I know, it can be made with UO SDK)
- Instantiate two items in UO game - Converter and Items Converter
- Double click them(Wait before one finishes scanning)
-You'll get some files called %World_name%_land_%number% and %World_name%_multis_%number%
OR
- Download land and multis archive
- Unpack them
NEXT:
- Copy .bin files into yourServer/conv/ folder
- Install bukkit plugin(I've used Bukkit 1.7.10 and WE, 1.8.7 works too) - just drop it in plugins folder
- Log in and go to the world you want to place converted land/multis
- Type /convertuo <land/multis> <all/force> <filename without extension> <file index>
If you want to generate all land, you should use "land" and "all" options" and pass "1" as file index
- Expect lags, process will be shown in the console
- Wait the message "Finished!" in console
- Smooth terrain with WorldEdit

I had to recompile it and I can see it working when I convert land but there seems to be some issues.
1] I DL'd your .bin land files and it stopped at #21 for some reason. Even after a reboot I couldn't run on 22+.
2] I was able to use all the .bin files for the multis but they didn't appear to add the buildings or anything.
I noticed with the land files that the elevation was different(maybe a difference of 20 blocks from the map you posted). I wonder if the multis were being built underground?
1) What the world you were generating? There can be some corruption in files.
2) Instead of multis appeared black wool right? In this case, this multis don't exists in plugin database. But if nothing is appeared - maybe I left wrong transformation multiplier when I was testing plugin, also this can relate to the elevation.
Please, post some screens and give me the name of a map you tried to generate - and i'll try to solve this.

Added config read. Now can generate map in normal world, just specify clearAbove: true. Need to re-generate all land files D:

I rebuilt the server and reran the multi's on the pre-built land from your file and got this.... oh and before I forget when I generate the land files it generates a plain stone world with no textures.

when i run the command it runs through the files ok and it doesnt say they cant be found so that must be right?
also im on java 8....it wouldnt be a java version problem would it?
actually mabey I figured it out....I think the plugin might be missing files.
what I mean by that is the oldmain.txt files has all the db info it looks like but it seems to be missing that information in the plugin.

Also i've made a visual editor to create blocks' associations, it will be released soon.
Fixed some land and buildings mismatches. But buildings still look weird, thx to uo developers.
Unfortunately, dungeons generate impassable. I'll fix it in future.
Make some aethstetic improvements planned.

Seems like plugin can't locate /conv folder. It must exist in root catalogue(with server core)

what I mean by that is the oldmain.txt files has all the db info it looks like but it seems to be missing that information in the plugin.
Oh, I'm totally forget about /schemas and /blocks folders, sorry I'm attached these folders to the main post. You need to place them at the root of server.
