This is the Minecraft Custom Item Creator. It allows users that are new to command blocks to make custom items with names. This also works with any Minecraft version ids! There is an example for you that creates a piece of stone with the name "The Slimy Stone". Sadly, because Minecraft doesn't allow you to have the symbol "§", and this just generates the command, it can't support colours.

Step 2: Run the file "setup.exe"
Step 3: Let it install
Step 4: Run it.
