Hi everyone! I've seen tons of awesome builds in Minecraft, but I always wanted to know how people made them. I thought it might be cool to make an image pack of like, pixel art Minecraft blocks that you could place in an image editor program like Photoshop or Gimp and you could make your own step-by-step instructions if you want.
This pack is free to use, but if you use it in a youtube video or online somewhere, please credit me and my site and link back to it. Thanks!
Some things to note:
• This pack is NOT complete. I still have a long way to go, but I want to see if anyone will even enjoy using it first before I spend the rest of the time it'll take to complete it.
• You need to have a program like Photoshop or Gimp to use this. This isn't an out-of-the-box blueprint maker. You need to follow the instructions I have in this little diagram to correctly place the items in your blueprint. This is pixel art, so you need to make sure everything is lined up correctly, otherwise things will start to get "off"
Here's an example of how to place block in Photoshop with this.
What this means is when you place a block in your image document. If you want things to line up, you need to place the next block right on top of the last block and then move it 18 pixels left/right and then 36 pixels up/down. The 2-tile wide items are made to span the gap between these items. Things like torches you'll just have to eyeball to make them look good.
This pack does NOT include:
• Redstone
• Rails or carts
• Iron doors
• Slanted Torches
• Fences
Blueprint Examples:
Here's an example of an admittedly terrible Minecraft blueprint I made. I wanted to make more of these, but realized I didn't have the time it takes or the imagination to make them anymore. Please out do me with your own awesome blueprints and send me a message and I'll put it up on my site and link to it from here.

If I placed this in the wrong section, please let me know or move it to the right spot. I wasn't totally sure where to put this. Thanks!
I can't believe how little attention this has got, I wanted to use this to demonstrate how to use cannons on my server, but there are no buttons, which are needed to make cannons. There is also no TNT which is one of the projectiles, real shame this was never finished There is NOTHING at all like this.

After working forever on it, I finally have a somewhat working pack. You can see the webpage I made for it here.
I also have the download link for the pack here.

I could see this as being very useful, I shall take a further look into this.
Because this isn't a modification, nor is it a 3rd party program. It's a tool used for mapping, so it's put in the maps category.
