I've used Mcedit for a long time and now that its not updating anymore, I find myself at a loss of a very essential tool.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any unoffical updates or replacement tools I could use.
I tried Worldedit and world painter but either are quiet as good as Mcedit. Worldedit comes close but its not really the same and misses some key features I enjoyed in Mcedit.
Would anyone mind pointing me in the right direction and listing a few tools I might beable to use in its place?

MC Edit IS being updated. It is an open source project now.
If you look through the last ~4 pages of the thread you will see that someone has posted a version that correctly displays the newest blocks.

As its open-source, anyone who wants to.
TkTech is the 'official' 'maintainer', but as I said before, there have been a couple of others who have uploaded their own versions.
