How to use
Windows: it's easiest to just wait for a fix for the pre-compiled version. If you don't want to wait, you can download and install Python 3, then run "python MinecraftSnapshotUpdater.py" from Command Prompt.
Mac/Linux: run "python3 MinecraftSnapshotUpdater.py" from Terminal in the folder you downloaded it.

I use Ubuntu too. I love testing snapshots. You are my new Favorite Person! I love cool things like this. I tried to write one myself, but it was in bash script, and I epicly failed!

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'getlogin'
That's saying there is no getlogin command to find the username's path. Work on this and fix it, and the rest of the code will run perfectly!!
