Huh, weird, whenever I try to connect to my server it connects, says I joined the game, then immediately says I lost connection. I'm using the 1.12.1 Beta, is this a bug or is my computer being weird again?

Probably a bug. Can you turn on debug logging (Open MinecraftClient.ini, and set "debugmessages" to true) and try again?
@BobbyWibowo: Once orelio merges this pull request, this should be fixed.
Thanks. I just tried the latest build and I could connect to the server just fine, but I couldn't seem to receive any messages from the server. I tried to send chats with the /send command and I could confirm from friends that my chats got sent, but I couldn't see them in the console. They also said that they had replied to the chats but I couldn't see anything. I also tried /send /help but I didn't get the help messages either. /list command could list the players just fine (with my name also being listed in it). Any ideas? I also had debug messages enabled but there were no debug-ish messages being printed when I used the /send command.

That's unusual. Can you list the mods on the server? (the list printed in debug output would probably work fine, surrounded in a spoiler tag) - it may be that one of them changes the way chat works and that causes MCC to not understand the packet it gets (this is just speculation).
Lukakapopcorn: MCC has been developped using .NET4, not .NET2, so it should not work if you only have access to .NET2, sorry. Maybe you'll have more luck installing a Linux distribution designed for old computers and then use the Mono framework.
ShingoriTokira: If you have a server IP to provide having the issue, that would be interesting. Also you can enable debug messages as Pokechu22 hinted.
BobbyWibowo & Pokechu22: This usually happens when protocol gets out of sync on the receiving end (i.e. in MCC, data received from the server is improperly parsed, since MCC will then automatically discard packets with unrecognized PatcketID). Maybe the latest commits only partially fixed the issue with Forge?

Oh, I do apologize for not sending a screenshot! I'm trying to connect to my server: neo.g-s.nu (158.69.127.176:40516) Currently running on a Windows Vista

Here's the log including the mods list. It's FTB Beyond + Ars Magica 2 (MC 1.10.2 - should be latest version available).
I bought a raspberry pi for this because I didn't want to leave my laptop running all night. I'm kinda disappointed that the pi can't run this very well, the terminal lags alot and very often the minecraft account just looses connection over and over again. It also get very hot and displays heat warnings when running my 6 alt accounts simultaneously. Is there any fix for any of this?
@Pokechu22 It seems to be working after I tried it again just now, but unfortunately it strangely took seconds for the chats to be displayed in the console (~6 secs) even when I had "terrainandmovements" disabled in the config. I have yet to see if it was the server lagging or my internet lagging or something else, so I'll get back to you again later.
EDIT: I might have failed that tag. Oh well, I'm not too familiar with whatever forum software this place is using.

Continuation to this. I tried to play the game directly but there was no lag whatsoever, but the console client would still lag. Any idea?
This is a good point. I've been testing on mono 3.2.8 (which is the version that was found in my package manager on both WSL and my pi). Following the instructions to set up a new source for updated versions of mono, I get mono 5.2.0.224. This version seems to be fine on my machine.
Basically, try updating mono by following the install instructions (i.e. adding the repository), even though you've already installed it. (You'll want to run "sudo apt upgrade" rather than installing new packages).
If updating doesn't help you, there is information on how to install older versions. I haven't done this before, but if you want me to, I can walk you through those steps.
ShingoriTokira: Well, thanks for your screenshot, since connection is suddently lost I'm not sure of the reason. Sorry :/
5tanly: Use the console client, not the GUI, which is outdated and may have CPU usage issues as you noticed.
MineMin3r: Maybe the SRV record is not resolved properly, try disabling this in the configuration file?
KingDaddyBaba: Currently inventory support is not planned although on the TODO list (#205). Sorry.
TankOP: Don't have time for making videos, sorry. Maybe try reading the guide twice or ask a friend?
Nsiso: Hi! As long as your work is open source with credit to the original project for instance in readme file or "about" form, it is CDDL-Compliant so I'm fine with it. Don't hesitate to share a link to your project
- On the first post: download link is now development build link
- On GitHub: removed the "Indev" branch as no "stable" releases are published for now. Everything on "master"
- I may not be able to log back to my account because the forum will start enforcing twitch accounts and I don't have one/don't really want to create one.

Hello,
TomFox_: This crash should already be fixed in development builds.

ummm does this work for mac and if so how would i open the console client?
There's a link in the first post to a Mac OS X guide: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-tools/1263927-win-mac-linux-minecraft-console-client-1-9-0?page=31#c623

Ik i might sound dumb but i tried downloading this for mac and it didnt work even when i tried the guide can someone possibly make a video?
(for reference, your first comment was #2049).

It would be nice if the executable could automatically create the default servers.txt and accounts.txt as I forgot the syntax.
Hi. I am a C# laucher developer from China.
And I am very interested in your work.
I think it would have great potential to embed it in the launcher.
So...Can I embed your work in my launcher?
I will open source and follow the CDDL protocol
Hope to get your consent.
Thx

Amazing I would like to know how far you move when you do /move up and how would you make it do this every say 5min
EDIT: i meant move north, south, ETC
All of the /move commands move you one block (unless you specify coordinates to move to, in which case MCC will pathfind to those coords).
You could use the script scheduler to run this every so often, I think, but I'm not too experienced with it.
