Hey all, I must be missing something really obvious somewhere. Im trying to use Chunky to render a Minecraft Multiplayer map that we've been playing using Bukkit. Help!
You have to select the chunks you want to render by clicking on the overhead map of the world.

Wow this is fancy! I mean, it's taking a long time to render and all; but at frame 80 out of 1,000 it's turning out really well. Very fine application, if I do say so my self.
Off topic note, you seem like a nice guy. Helping to trouble shoot and all. Keep being awesome.
can anyone help me? I'm running a mac, and when I go to 3D render then new scene, set destination and name it, I get lag then nothing... Am I doing something wrong? I have highlighted the chunks and done everything

What do you mean, by 'getting nothing'?

I'm having a really weird issue, I'm trying to render an image at 8640x15360 and it won't go higher than 2 times 1080 resolution. Any ideas how to fix this?
Why would you possibly want an image that large?

Hi
I try chunky last night, the soft is so simple and so quick to use !
However i have 1 problem about a texture.
I do not use any texture pack or mod that alter the quality of MC (other then optifine)
But the Block 90 (Portal Nether) doesn't render at all, i have a blue texture, is it normal ?
Plus, The light on water interaction does't quite reacte like i was expecting, was hoping for a gradient fade (i have light above them (and bottom).
Don't mean to complain, but the old version always had worked for me. Then I tried to change the texture pack, and it didn't work for me, even when I redownloaded it. So today I downloaded the update, and got this when trying to run it, Mac OSX Lion. Help?
I think you are running Mountain Lion. In Mountain Lion there is an security feature, only signed programs are allowed to run. But you can override this. If you press "ctrl" and click on chunk you can run the program with open.
That's not the problem. That isn't the security window, otherwise it would say "This file is from an unidentified developer."

Try turning your particles up and perhaps your sun intensity.
I don't see any particle setting and sun intensity is maxed. I also tried with emitters maxed and lowered if that what you mean by particles.
Yeah that's what I meant.
What about atmosphere and volumetric fog?
both on and off.
I have always wanted to see for myself what minecraft would be like
if I could run GLSL Shaders and Sonic Ethers Shaders....
Now at least I have seen the shadows for myself on my own maps
even made this nice avatar for these forums thank you.

I would love to know if there is a more detailed walkthrough of all the features and options other than the very simple and minimal wiki?
