Extra Vanilla is a personal project about adding new things to Minecraft, but trying to stick to vanilla as close as I can / want.
I want to make it feel like an update to minecraft, instead of a mod.
Eventhough the mod is made for 1.12.2, the mod will be made for 1.14 and will keep all the additions to 1.13 and 1.14 in mind.
Spruce trapdoors will not be in the mods, because it will apear in 1.14.
Nether
The Nether floor and ceiling always felt a bit boring. With this mod, the nether feels less boring, because a bit of life is added.
By simply adding new blocks to the generation, adding some grass and vines, the Nether doen't feel dull anymore.

Bookshelves
One of the few blocks in Minecraft, that needs variantions.
Whenever you want to build a house with spruce, you need to use the oak bookshelves to decorate and to make an enchantment room.
This mods adds new bookshelves and it also adds bookshelf slabs for you to decorate to your hearts content.

Curse PremiumVersion 0.1.1 adds Soul sand and Magma blocks to be generated in the Nether, like Barrack, Lotherrack and Dirack.
It also makes the Nether Vines' length generate more random. The difference in length will vary more.
