Poll: Are you hyped for the future versions of this mod?

Yeah I'll do that, I disliked the wing texture but couldn't work out why, it just seemed off to me, lol
Maybe you could make it so that the dragon breathes/fire on the sword to give it it's hue? Or maybe if you have a certain level of trust with your dragon, it will gift you with a scale or four? Or maybe just punching your dragon will make it loose a scale?
Sorry I have quite a few suggestions.
Wonderful!!!! THESE LOOK GREAT! Maybe the wings could be slightly larger, but otherwise....
"Let's go, [insert dragon name here]!"
Thanks!
I'm thinking of making the dragons drop scales like chickens do eggs every once in a while, but less often than chickens drop eggs so it's less over powered.
I'm hopefully going to have the dragons age so when you first hatch them they are babies, but they will then become juveniles then adults and so on
Thorn is bigger than Saphira because Galbatorix meddled with his growth (he is a juvenile in an adults body). I might add in some expensive way to make dragons grow quicker (Like what Galbatorix did to Thorn), and a way to make them grow slower, but I'm still deciding on that.
Shruikan is big because he is old (one of the old dragons), and also Galbatorix meddled with his size like he did to Thorn, and Glaedr is big because he is very old (he was one of the Old Ones that survived the dragon massacre caused by the forsworn)
Sounds cool! Perhaps through different stages, a dragons scales should change size and (only slightly) colour-
ie: Hatchling: small scales, light blue
Child: slightly larger scales, darker blue
Juvenile: medium scales, blue
and the scales keep getting larger and slightly darker (though, if you do decide to implement this, i suggest gradually adding more size and colour to the scales, to make it look more natural)
Adult: Large scales, dark bubblegum blue
Sorry if that was a bit messy- i just needed to get my idea down before i forgot it. I hope that it is slightly readable.
Makes sense.
!:Suggestion Alert:!
Perhaps you should have to complete a certain achievement for your dragon to begin dropping scales? Also, they would definitely have to drop less often that chicken eggs- and perhaps you should be able to turn off the drops using a command or something?
Yeah, that sounds awesome! I'll have a look at implementing that when I get to coding the dragons
I'll have a think of possible things to do for the achievement. Possibly fly a certain amount of blocks on your dragon?
that's too easy in my opinion.. maybe something like "slay 100 enemies while riding your dragon" (yeah I know that's still a bit easy, but you can't just go afk)
Yeah, that might just work!
Great! Thanks.
I agree. Many people would cheat. Perhaps something like your "slay 100 enemies" or somethings like that
Yeah
I have a suggestion about the dragons.
On the Inheritance Cycle Wikia, the page about dragons begins with the following text:
"Dragons were an ancient race of sentient creatures native to the land of Alagaësia. While most roamed free and did not commonly associate with the civilizations of other races, a significant number were the mounts and life-long companions of the Dragon Riders."
Maybe there should be a rare chance of spotting a dragon roaming the wilderness.
Yeah that sounds great, but pelase don'T make them as aggressive as withers ;D
Actually, that is a good idea! If I add wild dragons (which I probably will), then I'll make them neutral so you won't get killed by them, and they have a rare chance to drop eggs for you (which is how you get a tamed dragon, but you can only have one tamed dragon at any time)
I was wondering how you were going to handle the process of obtaining dragon eggs.
