Hi I found 2 bugs, one of them is when I enter third person view the game gets a lot darker but when I am in first person view its fine, and the other bug is when I turn the shaders on it does nothing meaning when I use the visors they do not have the shaders effect. Note There was not other mods installed when I saw both bugs.
your computer probably doesn't support shaders, it needs to have OpenGL 2.1 or higher, and support the unpackUnorm4x8 and packUnorm4x8 functions. OpenGL 3.0+ is guaranteed compatibility.
The "unpaid invoice" issue has been resolved and the server is back up now, sorry for the inconvenience.

Mmm, Okay thank you! Note The shaders where working before but now their not now, sorry for not saying that before but I know I have a weak PC. Also I have Intel(R) HD graphics (but I'm not sure if the driver is updated) well that work with OpenGL?

Intel HD 3000+ SHOULD support OpenGL 4.4. I myself am running Intel HD 4000. Did you try checking to see if the game log says whether the shaders loaded?

open it in a text file viewer, preferably notepad++, since the new line format is Unix format I believe.
Okay I just checked it and it does say error loading shaders and it does say GL error. Note It does not say OpenGL error only GL error. I'm not sure why it does not work now but I know my graphic card driver is outdated so later I'm gonna try to update it. Thank you for all the help! Also do you want me to post the log in here or no?
I use a processor Intel(R) Celron(R) CPU 1037U @ 1.80GHz 1.80GHz, what does this do?
that's just an underpowered dual-core CPU, you need to look at your GPU a.k.a. Graphics card. You can find it/them under "Display adapters" in device manager.
I also have that. Now I will show you how to update the drivers, first press the start menu button, then click on control panel, than click adjust screen resolution, than advanced settings, than adapter, than properties, than driver, than update driver and there you go.
Note I tried updating my driver both ways and both said my driver was up-to-date and it may do the same to you because we both have the same graphic card but you can still try to update them. I guess I just need a new graphic card if you are looking for another one I hear Nvida GeForce GTX and AMD are good for gaming
Next update SHOULD fix some of the shaders-not-working-after-X-update by not using the echo visor outliner if the required OpenGL functions are not available.

O okay thank you! Did I force you to make an update because I know i was saying it does not work and you said my computer may not support shaders. If so I'm sorry about that.

No, you did not. I was working on this for a while now - the update ACTUALLY is designed around making every visor use it's own shader so addon visors can use shaders too. Also, performance increase.

hmm, openGL3.0? As I have the same visor and lighting problems, can you provide the link to that so that I can use it in-game?
ty in advanced.

OpenGL version is dependent upon graphics drivers, the only thing that can POSSIBLY update OpenGL is updating your graphics drivers.

Where can I go to update my graphics driver (preferably safely, without a risk)
What graphics card do you have?

Those are both just processors.

There is another way to do it go to the intel website and download the driver updater and install it and run it. Here is the link to the website: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
