Something that hasn't been mentioned is the removal of all vanilla animals. Literally all of them
Here's the list
Cows(who even thought that they should be named cows :/ ) - Aurochs - 3 variations - 2 morphological variations
Sheep- Mouflons
Pigs - Wild Boar
Rabbit- European Rabbit and maybe 2 more common species to provide a better coverage
Ocelot - European Wild Cat and a couple other species- you can't tame a damn ocelot and turn it into a simple house cat that's literally fast forwarding evolution x10
Bat - Little Brown Bat and maybe 2 more species to cover the old world
Squid - don't now possibly will remain as squid with a proper remodel
Wolf - Wolf with remodel and possible texture variations to represent a couple common subspecies
And then the various fish will be turned into real fish mobs :/
Of course we'll add in many more animals to fill in each Biome for both aesthetic and functional reasons(they're technically there to support an actual functional real world simulated ecosystem regardless of being "aesthetic").
Will vanilla animals still be able to be spawned in in Creative Mode?
EDIT: Or better yet, will it be enabled in the config to either have these new mobs replace the vanilla ones or spawn alongside them? Or maybe villages could occasionally have vanilla animals as domesticated versions of the creatures you see roaming around-if they've been around for a while, it would make sense for them to have domesticated strains of animals.
Oh yeah forgot about the chickens(silly me what a fowl thing to do)
they'll be replaced by the grey and red junglefowl which were hybridized in order to get the modern day chicken
No the point of replacing the vanilla animals is to make minecraft realistic. You don't find domestic pigs, sheep, cows, and chicken in the wild. If you happen to find them in the wild they are feral. Minecraft is not a vast terrain filled with feral domestic creatures where each individual animal has 2 genders. You'll be able to domesticate the animals if it's reasonable and you'll be able to breed modern day domestic creatures from them. But you will at no point find feral animals in the wilderness if you do find them they'll be near npc settlements

Can you please make this for 1.7.10 since all mods are still for 1.7 and a lot of the big popular mods will skip 1.8 ?
no
the fact that you said what you said means you don't know what's going on with any mod development. Every mod is updating or is updated to 1.8 they're just taking a long time. Very few are attempting a skip. Also this mod has been development since the beginning of the summer and has been in 1.8 this entire time.

Also,When the stable 1.9 forge came out,Update to 1.9
I agree theres only so much that the old versions can do now that some mods are updating to 1.8 well i guess we can't blame em since its gonna be too much for 1.7.10 to handle the mod has been made for 1.8 so it can work alot better if you still want 1.7.10 well then we can't help you with that not unless this mod decides to :3
The vannilla mobs are replaced??,Welp.....Maybe i'm late to say this,But i'm gonna say:
Change the Vanilla mobs AI
Change the Vanilla mobs model
P/S:Some questions:
Are the mobs going to have a good animation like JC mod??
Will the Player/Human mod able to tame nearby wolf??
This one for modelers,Do make the model from Blender and port it to Tabula??
That's what why we mean by replace vanilla mobs We will start with replacing their AI and model, and will eventually implement an entire genetic and domestication system for many animals.
Will we eventually be able to make monarchies and democracies? I want to make a thriving kingdom where everyone is well fed and has a roof over their head. A king that stands with his people and fights for their right to be free! =D

Hello! New account, but have been following your threads for a while.
Quick question: Will this mod have a blueprint system akin to JC?
