I'm not going to beat around the bush. This mod is basically a Golden Sun Mod (or it will be, when I have gotten enough content in it)*
I previously noted that I was working on randomized dungeon generation. I have put that on hold and have been working on new puzzle pieces (as seen in the video in my latest post).
The mod currently has no content in it (The Aurum Solus Project, I mean). I will add content as soon as I get the dungeon generator working reliably.
I am also working on a VERY simple system that allows for dungeon puzzles to be connected (without redstone, cause that is a pain in randomized structure gen :P)

PLANS:
*My main focus in the mod is sets of randomized puzzles in randomized dungeons, towers, (rocks :P), etc. that will be solvable with "Psynergy" (magic) [Though I obviously have to come up with a better name]
* Yes, I am going to make "Psynergy", though don't expect anything other than puzzle solving "Psynergy" for a while.
* World gen will not be seed based, but item based, this is due to having lots and lots of worldgen (of all sizes) and needing it all to be relatively easy to get to. (I could add a new dimension, but my issue with seed based generation is the lack of control)
* There are several other things, but for now, the above are the most important.
Feedback would be awesome.
Also, If anybody is interested in helping design some puzzles let me know!

[Since this is in 3D 1st Person (and the original game is 2D top-down 3rd Person) I am not worried about achieving 10% difference required to get past copyright :P.]
Don't worry, progress is being made (well... at least now it is [I had to stop for this week, was not at home]) (I just want to wait until I have some stuff that is showcase-able before I post it)
I am currently working on:
A few puzzle pieces (such as a block you can move)
Re-engineering dungeons (completely randomized dungeons {that work well} are very difficult to implement, so until further notice I am going to have a few set outlines and randomize the puzzles (and maybe a room or 2) inside of them
