I've been searching for a Game of Thrones mod/server for a good amount of time now, and none of the previous mods/servers I've tried did the series any justice. What you have here seems to be exactly what I have been looking for. Just want ya to know that people appreciate what you are putting together here. Keep working at it man!

Thank you for the support. As awesome as it would be to have it shaped like westeros that would be a hard thing to do. Maybe some Custom Map that happened to be spawned like Westeros with cities in it would be good. Other than that i'm not entirely sure if i'm going to add it in
A solution could be to go into creative mode and head into the GOT Part of the Creative Menu, Go into GOT:Blocks And get a Westeros Portal from that menu and place it down

Robert's Rebellion will remain in-tact and playable(All the events that happen there are almost the same) But it is changed to seem more interactive. Here's a list of some changes that are to be made(SPOILERS For the Upcoming Quest System):
If it isin't for the player's interferance with the Battle of the Trident, Robert dies.
The player is the one that personally kills and ends the reign of the Mad king. Instead of Jamie Lannister.
Characters that appeared during Robert's Rebellion will be present as well.(Rhaegar Targaryen,Robert Baratheon,Jon Connington as an example)
As for the War of Five Kings it goes a bit differently.

Magic and Poison is sort of a W.I.P side of the mod and as such it's not working fully yet.
As for behading villagers from what i remember it has to be a Northerner,Highgarden,Dornish or Ironborn villager to work and it can only be done with a Greatsword.

Yes he does. He is the only mob in the mod with sounds. I said "Hodor" into the mic and recorded it so yes he does talk.

--* Bandits are newly introduced hostile mobs that spawn anywhere except the Iron Islands,Dorne and the North.
--* Crannogmen are newly introduced hostile mobs that are exclusive to the North.
--* Re-textured Frey armor
--* Improved Banner Textures
--* New blocks that spawn in the riverlands
--* New Northern Soldiers in the service of House Manderly,Hornwood and Umber
--* House Corbay Soldiers introduced
--* House Captains were removed as unit hiring was overhauled with the faction implementation
--* Ancestral Weapons can be obtained through the faction system
--* Faction Armor can be obtained through the faction system
--* Hireable Units can be obtained through the faction system
--* Social Standings were introduced. Allowing the player to go through the different stages of Knighthood(Squire,Knight and Kingsguard) And the different stages of being a Maester(Wiseman,Chain-Forger and Maester)

Also be heading villagers with the spear didn't seem to work is there something special that i have to do?

As for using it in a modpack i wouldn't reccomend it. The mod is only like 50% Playable in survival and is very W.I.P
Do not use it in a modpack yet
1.Goto this page:http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php/topic,14059.0.html
2.Click on Installer(Direct preferably)
3.Open minecraft and launch 1.6.4 atleast once
4.Once you download the installer after launching 1.6.4 once Double-click the .jar and let it install.
5.Then goto your .minecraft directory using one of the following ways:
Mac OSX:YourUser/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods
Windows:%APPDATA%/Roaming/.minecraft/mods (Might not work as i personally do not own a PC)
6.Download one of this mod's .zip files(I reccomend downloading the current version)
7.Drop the mod's .zip into the mods folder
8.WINTAR ES COMING!.. In all seriousness though have fun
