P.S. I'm building a base for Stellarium by developing Stellar Sky. In other words, Stellar Sky is getting to Stellarium, while there won't be configurable planetary system in Stellar Sky.
I used SEUS, Chocapic, KUDA, MrMeepz and Sildurs shaders.
Mod won't work using those and one of these will happen:
a) Sky will become black.
Sky becomes glitchy or the mod itself will be barely visible.
c) it'll work like the mod isn't installed.
I cant fix the issue, since its due to trivial but fundamental mistake from the shader mod team, which does not allow any alternative solution to be compatible from my end. Sorry for that.
i know you plan on adding binoculars but what about telescopes?
i would kinda like to see a naturally generating structure called a "astronomy tower" with bookshelves, a latter and even the Telescope on the top fllor, as well as various loot
let me know what ya' tink!

hello, i am the Lord of night, Decay: The Witherer i have returned. some mayhave known me as Herobrine, others as entity 404 the fact is... we are all the same, we are always here, and we are always watching
I mean, by creating a shader pack that has the purpose of being compatible with stellar sky will it work or is something in the core of the shader code that makes unable to a shader pack be compatible with stellar sky?
If it's fixable, i have some knowledge in programming and i would be glad to work with you to make a shader pack for your mod.

Stellar Sky is mostly for fancy sky itself. I think what you're looking at is Photoptics

As far as I know, the mistake is from the code.of the shader team. It controls some of lighting in renderSky code, which should not be done there because forge allows the sky renderer to be modified.
It supports Optifine HD and shadders? it would be really interesting
Thanks for making this mod possible and congratulations because I love it and few months ago I tried to install it but the incompatibility with Optifine and shadders wouldn't let me enjoy this awesome mod.
As soon I get a positive answer I download the mod That for sure!
This mod is compatible with fine Optifine HD, but shaders does not work because they does something wrong on sky rendering.
EDIT: IDK about interaction with the recently added shader feature of Optifine.
Ran into a problem running the latest Stellar Sky on a Mac, (OS X El Capitan). NO SHADERS MOD installed, just Optifine and Forge 1614. Earlier versions of Stellar Sky worked fine, but the latest introducing the atmospheric shader crashes out because it looks like a specific OpenGL profile is being referred to in a .vsh file:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Error creating shader stellarium:shaders/atmosphere_spcoord.vsh: ERROR: 0:1: '' : version '130' is not supported
at stellarium.render.shader.ShaderHelper.createShader(ShaderHelper.java:130) ~[ShaderHelper.class:?]
at stellarium.render.shader.ShaderHelper.buildShader(ShaderHelper.java:47) ~[ShaderHelper.class:?]
at stellarium.render.stellars.atmosphere.AtmShaderManager.reloadShaders(AtmShaderManager.java:41) ~[AtmShaderManager.class:?]
at stellarium.render.stellars.atmosphere.AtmosphereRenderer.initialize(AtmosphereRenderer.java:49) ~[AtmosphereRenderer.class:?]
at stellarium.render.stellars.atmosphere.AtmosphereRenderer.initialize(AtmosphereRenderer.java:24) ~[AtmosphereRenderer.class:?]
I tried this on 3 separate friends' Macs and got the same result. Any chance of this being fixed (or is there a straightforward edit to make to the shader files)? We REALLY miss this awesome mod!

Photoptics introduces optical instruments in minecraft such as binoculars and telescopes.
Great mod works great of shaders! But only one issue, it doesn't seem to like servers very well... Atleast with lots of downloaded info and etc. It can take a while to connect... Can you add a feature that disables the stars or whatever causes it to take forever to connect to servers?

Do you mean connecting servers without Stellar Sky? I'd look at it. (But do note that this mod is currently Universal, and does not support Client-Only officially)
Did you have problems entering vanilla/bukkit servers?

It's really not a matter of being a problem but more of a annoyance because it will take quite a while to connect to a server with the mod installed
Planned on the next version:

Next version of what? Stellar Sky or Stellarium?
And now for some things that I'm less proud of:
I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!

Have you can create planets and solar systems or already canceled?
Ah, okay. I get it now. Carry on! I wouldn't wish either to be less than as good as possible!

The version with Atmospheric Shader has been Released!
It runs at rate of 30~40FPS when vanilla has 50FPS.

In most case, it is not fault of Stellar Sky. It just 'shows' like that.

So almost like a visual bug? Where its stuck in that loading screen when trying to join a server?
