I keep checking this thread every 12 hours. I'm practically bouncing up and down in my seat waiting for what is my most favorite mod ever to update again for a version I play (1.10.2). I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve! Can't wait! 8D
"More work than progress" Yeah, that about sums up modding for any game in a nutshell. lol I work on mods for Skyrim and Fallout: New Vegas/4 on Nexus...and, heck, with those I have a dev kit to work with, and it's still a slog more often than not. So, yeah, I get what you mean entirely. Keep it up, though! This mod works great for utility and exploration purposes as much as it does for combat purposes.
That and I'm tired of having to use ladders to climb up and down towers to build onto them. lol
Awesome work. I, or should I say We, really appreciate all the effortd that you have put into this. It really makes me happy to see this mod back in a sense, since you know there's a working vesion for 1.7.10 and I think an experimental version for 1.8. But any way, thank you very much.
Nice, I'll run through it real quick. Servers don't seem too cool with the jetpack upgrade. That might've been my fault, though, I screwed around with the config file first. old habits die hard.
Is there a link or something to Numina for 1.10.2? I noticed the "Dependencies" link on the current MPS Curse page links to Numina for 1.8.9. Is there a newer version?
Just a quick question, I know that 1.7.10 was updated back in February, and since most other mods are still archaic, I'm playing 1.7.10. Did the new alphas for 1.10.2 include any new content, and if so will it be ported back to 1.7.10?
I recreated the model in a different type of model, but it still has the same issues despite the rendering being handled by Minecraft.
Just speculation: I wonder if this is something Forge could take care of. It appeared to me that Forge devs sometimes picked up some bugs in the core game and fixed them themselves. What if you let them know about this issue and ask for help or suggest a fix?
Missiles and grenades, not going to happen. As the current maintainer of the mod, that is my final answer. The plasma cannon already acts as an exploding missile with a variable charge. As far as digging faster, that's what the tool modules are for on the power fist.
I mean something that can create large holes in the world. the plasma cannon is good, yeah. but i wanted something that can cause bigger explosions.
found the problem. i was using tmi.... tmi doesnt play nice with machinemuse powersuits.

Oh, OK. Thanks for clarifying that one for me.

It's surprisingly stable for an alpha so far.

Says to read the changelog for the newest update...buuuut I have no idea where the changelog is. lol

...You know, I've never actually clicked on the files, I've always just clicked the download button. I didn't even think of that.
Embarrassing.
Seems to work perfectly fine for me, sprint module works now, and 30 minutes later, it hasn't killed the server.

one thing i'd like to see with this armor would be the ability to fire explosive missiles and lob bombs at enemies. gotta have a fast way to dig~
thank you
