http://machinemuse.net/download.php - 1.5.2 is right here. Jenkins site is only for the experimental builds. Speaking of which, I just downloaded the latest recommended experimental version. I also have the latest forge and it seems to be crashing minecraft on loading. Was just curious if anyone else is using 1.6.2 experimental versions?
Well It must be that I'm blind. For when I click the download link for 1.5.2, I get a 404 error. Because the link sends me right to a Jenkins build that doesn't exist. With no mirrors for 1.5.2, and the only other link in that section for the Addon download, I can't see what I'm supposed to do. Mind enlightening me as to what I'm doing wrong then?
Yes, the download link is right there, all okay except by the fact it's broken.
MachineMuse's repository was renamed, it might have broken something. I have almost 40 builds in my hard drive, since 518, if someone needs a mirror...
Modular PowerSuits addon revisions 175 and 176 crash if you use the cosmetics.
The latest revison that I recommend is 174 (MPSA-0.3.0-174_MPS-555+.jar), and use it with Modular PowerSuits revisions 555 through 558 (ModularPowersuits-0.7.1-555..558.jar), later or earlier versions will crash on start-up.
Which is my current problem, I guess I need revision 558, unless there's another pairing of MPS and MPSA for 1.5.2 that solves this particular problem, and doesn't introduce others.
Which is my current problem, I guess I need revision 558, unless there's another pairing of MPS and MPSA for 1.5.2 that solves this particular problem, and doesn't introduce others.
I'm using devbuid #668. I was getting crashes and ticking entity with more recent versions.
-----
Modular PowerSuits for 1.5.2 - version 0.7.0-534 Stable installation
ModularPowersuits-0.7.0-534.jar - The mirror of MPS download. Custom font engine not currently compatible with optifine. Turn that off in the config if you must use it.
-----
Modular PowerSuits for 1.6.2 - version 0.8.0-668 Devbuild installation recommended by Ezer'Arch *use it at your own risk!*
ModularPowersuits-0.8.0-668.jar - The mirror of MPS devbuild. Save it in your "mods" folder. Custom font engine not currently compatible with optifine. Turn that off in the config if you must use it.
Required libs: Scala, Numina & Slick. These 3 libs are found here, and save them in the "mods" folder too.
Required Forge: 9.10.1.858. Get it from Forge downloads. I tried Forge 849, it crashed. I haven't tried earlier versions.
Modular Powersuits Addon (MPSA) has no release for 1.6.2 yet. MPSA for 1.5.2 is incompatible with 1.6.2. If you are updating your world to 1.6.2, first salvage all MPSA module or you will lose the material you used to craft the MPSA modules.
My post you quoted is kind of outdated. It will work too, but if you want a newer 1.5.2 setup I recommend ModularPowersuits-1.5.2-0.7.1-635.jar + MPSA-186_Requires_MPS-561+.jar.
I crash when rendering a power armor torso or helmet. Please respond, MachineMuse or someone else, with a fix. I am told it is my terrible GPU. This was not an issue until the Tekkit 1.1.8 update.
I just upgraded to the new experimental build for 1.6.2 and installed the Scala Library, Numina 0.0.1-9, and MPS 8.0.8.686 and I get this crash report --- Anyone know what it could be I am doing wrong?

No. But it's expectable. MPS custom font engine is not currently compatible with optifine. Turn that off in the config if you must use it.
I have also noticed MPS doesn't support texture packs larger than 16x16. EDIT: it seems it was fixed for 1.6.2. But still, MPS doesn't support MCPatcher (too bad, I'm using a hi-tech resource pack that requires MCP), 2D item icons are invisible.

MPS armor doesn't usually lose durability. The only time I got durability loss was when I "lent" an armor set to a zombie to fight with. My attacks damaged the armor, sort of.
Besides, I can't figure out the scene of a hi-tech armored guy meeting or even fighting a mage... World clash: x/0. o.O*

First make sure you have installed the libs scala, numina and slick in "mods" folder (download here: http://build.technic...larPowersuits/), then try again with the version I recommended.
If it crashes again, post the Forge log (./minecraft/ForgeModLoader-client-0.log), not the crash report.
