That was a clap of achievement, not disapproval... perhaps I should have clarified. You managed to get the You-WILL-Do-What-I-Want poster to keep quiet with only three words on his side.
Also, I liked the first one too, the second was for if it was too much like another one. (lets say, the mining pick turned on it's side?)
No worries mate, thanks for clarifying. I guess I'm more inclined to associate "slow" with "sarcastic" versus, say, "forceful"(?)...I am gratified regardless~
Credit to the other guy for listening though; I can thwack as hard as I please, and it won't budge a dude an inch if he doesn't actually realize that I am actually taking sense and not jabbering insane necronomiconese just to spite him...
well because it looks like any idea anyone tosses out there she rejects...
Dude, you can do what you like, but just know that MachineMuse's thoughts on suggestions are clear as day as written in the first post, and you are plenty welcome to implement your own ideas to boot, so don't say no-one didn't warn you when she goes and rips your arms off.
You know, I wonder if what the admins should really add as a feature to this site is some sort of ubersticky post that floats at the top of any given thread page forever, so that modders can put all the key info and links and warnings in there and it becomes the first thing anyone sees regardless of what page they actually open on the given thread's timeline (since so many people seem to miss or outright ignore the Firstpost for...reasons)... /:U
meh. no coding knowledge thats y i aint mad that it wouldnt be implemented. if it would be it would be if not oh well tough luck. but if nothing at all fits her ideas then it wouldnt hurt to give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. like y a idea is stupid. i would rather hear no because a scoop for a module is a bad idea because (insert rest) not no go away
Ok, after some digging, i have discovered that Adam has updated the Add-on's as well, so the crashes have been fixed for use with Optifine HD D1, you can get it here =)
Power Armor Feature request: Allow remapping of the Flight Control descend button ("Z"). This is increadibly irritating for azerty keyboard users as it is also our "forward" button. I quickfix this by switching keyboard layout through windows but this isn't ideal when using the NEI searchbar or other text-inputs.
Thanks for the awesome mod!
You can already do this in the current version.

Here's some constructive criticism: ideas are worthless spam. Get a real skill.
If you practice a lot and apply yourself, you could soon be as awesome as SebK, Watercandle, or me.

I have a bit of a bug...when I install the energy shield, my armor value doesn't increase and I still take damage as if I wasn't wearing armor. I have an elite battery and I've cranked the armor value up to six on each item. I'm still using the 1.4.7 version because ftb hasn't updated as well. Any older bugs associated with it?
Quick question, is it possible to move the energy indicator location? I'm using the FTB ultimate pack and trying to use an advanced jet pack with the power suit resulting in overlapping energy indicators. I searched both these and FTB forums as well as checked the FAQ and didn't see anything.
The energy (and heat) indicators moved to the middle right of the screen on 1.5.x builds.
On 1.4.7, you can edit GraviSuite's config to change its indicators to any of the corners of the screen.
However, it always faces south for some reason. Maybe because I'm using SmartMoving, but I see SmartMoving & MPS together in a mod-pack (technic pack called "Infamy"), so I figure they must work together. Anybody know what causes this?
Update: I tried out Infamy and SmartMoving isn't actually part of it. The mod list is wrong for it on the website.
Update again: Yep it was SmartMoving or PlayerAPI causing the problem. Does anyone know if there is a fix?
if i use the "transparent armor" upgrade i won't be able to see it...
also, when i'm flying, if i use "glide" my speed is slowed A LOT, and the same happens if i'm in other world, in creative, while flying i'm slowest as hell t_t
You can map multiple modules to a single button in the button mapper (press "K"). I've solved this problem by mapping both active camoflauge + transparent armor to the same button. You can also map modules to more than one button (if I recall right); so you could have keys to turn them on and off separately too. This worked in the last version I used, anyway, I've not had a chance to test the latest version.
Dunno about your flying problem, but did you crank up the Jetpack speed values in the TTable, if you're using that module? And/or are you using the parachute module, which is designed to slow you down? As far as I know the glide module doesn't make you terribly fast, but I'd need to test it to confirm at this stage...

Haha, k. I posted a question about it on the SmartMoving forum, too.
I removed SM in favor of powersuits. They are just too awesome. How come you don't have a more recent screenshot with the newer super-cool 3d suit?
This was the best screenshot I could muster using TeamViewer over my phone tether to my home PC and playing the game in a little 1280x800 window:
