Press "L" or the key assigned to "Cosmetics (MPS)", a window will pop up. There you can set the colors and turn on/off parts for both old and new armor. But first, make sure you are using the latest stable release.
If I'm not wrong, some old versions had a "habit" to crash on use...
Please, provide the following:
1) version number of MC, forge, modular power suits and modular power suits
2) Full forge crash log found in minecraft directory (ForgeModLoader-client-0.log).

Hi~ I just checked your builds at jenkins and noticed #638 had 2 more jar files aside from the mps ones. are those supposed to be part of the MPS installation?

Yes,
-slick-util is the custom font engine. The mod will still run without it, just might give you error messages and obviously won't have the custom font.
-scala-library is the scala library which is supposed to be downloaded automatically by Forge but due to a bug with the new launcher it isn't, so I put it in there to be downloaded separately.
All of them you just plop in the mods folder along with the main mod jar.

The beauty of a living thing is not the atoms that go into it, but the way those atoms are put together.
Having a crash at startup with MPS. Have tried several versions with and without the slick-util library and of course I always have the scala library loaded. I know other folks are getting this to work but can't figure out what I have set wrong (probably some other mod causing the crash). Game loads and runs fine when I take out MPS.
Maybe someone can look at my pastebin and give me some suggestions. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Muse,
Did you intend the Sprint Assist module's "Walking Assist" slider to affect the FOV, much like the slide in the built-in Settings does for FOV? If not, when I install the Sprint Assist module, once you start sliding the Walking Assist setting slider to the right the FOV seems to pull back. Is that intentional? What's the effect you're going for there if so? I've noticed this effect with the most recent (10th) build and several previous builds.
My game crashes whenever someone with a powersuit is in a loaded chunk and tries to render. I've had this happen both in a small server hosted by myself and on a FTB server. It seems to have something to do with me being forced onto an intel G33 chipset because my graphics card is shot as it says the framebuffers arent supported, is there some workaround so that i could use this mod on my computer? Its an awesome mod but its a shame i cant use it :/
I snipped all the loading texts and chat, just the error, and version.

It's something Vanilla does when you have a speed increase. I'm not sure how to offset it yet.

Sorry, that's kind of a typo on my part. It used to just be a flat multiplier, but now it works a bit differently: for each 50% on the modifier, it increases the number of ticks you can hold down the spacebar for. That way, you can tap the spacebar for 1-2 ticks to just jump pretty much normally, or you can hold it down to jump X amount higher - each tick adds roughly 2*gravity of upwards velocity.
So, I'm trying to adjust my jump height. 6 blocks high is TOO small.
What options in mmmPowersuits config file I need to correct to do, for example, 12 blocks high jumps?
Hey everytime i hover over the powerfist in my hotbar my bottom of my window freezes and if i open the tinkers table it freezes my whole screen or allows me to see through a tiny hole in my screen, also i uuse optifine but it happens even without optifine installed.
I could really use some help if any one can help me.
For those interested, I've just tried the #645 for MC 1.6.2 (both libs are installed in "mods" folder). There are issues to be worked on.
1) The compatibility with Smart Moving is back, although some animations are still broken and/or are not executed well, for example, walking animation is played very fast. You can't fly out of water after/while swimming.
2) The armor is invisible.
3) Custom font is not displayed. It uses the default instead.
4) Major fix: player is no longer stuck midair if not using a jetpack. This fixes also .
Im getting a minecraft crash with this powersuits... everytime i try to open my inventory or press F5 this happens:

--- END ERROR REPORT 850e7fb8 ----------
I would like to say that I love Modular power suits, and its Addon "Modular power suits Addon". I was playing a feed the beast mod packed under the title "Unleashed" and I had a blast. It is what brought me here.
I'm not sure if it is your concern but after posting it on the FTB forums, I did not receive any response, so I thought I would ask you here.
I noticed in Lan servers, I'm guessing it will be Multiplayer in general, that players that access the Tinkers table will experience a horrible GUI interface glitch, where the screen flashes with the foreground of the Tinkers table gui and takes up the whole screen. Even the main menu and pause menu are all covered up, resulting in having to close the window. Only the player that started the server can use the Tinkers Table without any issues.
So far I did tests with Optifine and it persisted even without the Optifine mod, And a server I played on only added in TreeCapacitator for ease of tree chopping, would that mod cause interference with the Tinkers table GUI?
Is there a fix for this? Is this a known bug? Or is it because of other mods in the FTB: Unleashed pack that interfere with the GUI for Tinkers table when other players, besides the Main player, who uses it?
Hi, second attempt here to try to figure out why my MPS crashes at startup using 1.6.2. I have looked at everything I can think of and redownloaded it several times. Tried playing with versions of forge, etc. Still no luck. Probably a mod conflict but I have no idea where as I have other friends using the same setup and they don't seem to be having problems.
Why do my powersuit pants dry the energy from my advanced solar helmet (IC2 addon) and then from my advanced jetpack when they have an elite battery fully charged? I tried to change the tier and nothing happened
Do you have Equivalent Exchange (EE3) installed? You are getting severe error from it. Remove it and run, check if it still crashes. If not, it *might* be the problem, redownload and reinstall it. Make sure you have downloaded the right versions and the files must not be corrupted.

3) Custom font is not displayed. It uses the default instead.
4) Major fix: player is no longer stuck midair if not using a jetpack. This fixes also .
Glad to see support for SmartMoving is back wohooo~ Now I wish there's an update for 1.5.2 once the two mods are really compatible. Or is it only going for 1.6.2. Updating 67 mods manually is -_____-''
Can I suggest adding in some more medieval or more ancient models for the armor/glove? I know its a tech mod and really futuristic and all, but some less tech-ish models would really benefit some people (i.e. myself) with their skin. And I must say that this mod is quite the dream with the HD skins mod.
You're welcome.

Yes,
-slick-util is the custom font engine.
Maybe someone can look at my pastebin and give me some suggestions. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

It's something Vanilla does when you have a speed increase. I'm not sure how to offset it yet.
So, I'm trying to adjust my jump height. 6 blocks high is TOO small.
What options in mmmPowersuits config file I need to correct to do, for example, 12 blocks high jumps?
I could really use some help if any one can help me.
5) No 1.6.2 MPS addon available. Andrew said he's going to work on it soon.

--- END ERROR REPORT 850e7fb8 ----------
I use AMPZ modpack

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Dear. What a huge error log!
Do you have Equivalent Exchange (EE3) installed? You are getting severe error from it. Remove it and run, check if it still crashes. If not, it *might* be the problem, redownload and reinstall it. Make sure you have downloaded the right versions and the files must not be corrupted.

Glad to see support for SmartMoving is back wohooo~ Now I wish there's an update for 1.5.2 once the two mods are really compatible. Or is it only going for 1.6.2. Updating 67 mods manually is -_____-''
