No, no and no. This mod is theoretically not set within the time period of the books, and also, Arya would most likely be dead. Also, having Rhunön make the sword seems a bit silly. I wan't the sword to be personal. It's not as easy as making a regular sword you know

So you have "only" 3 stages? I think 5 or so would be way better... Especially considering the difference in size between a hatchling and an adult dragon (it's a pity dragons don't grow like in the inheritance series, I already see myself flying on a dragon that's as big as a hill )

Well, first of all, we plan on having builds for the community to play test and give us feedback on (like Mojang's Minecraft snapshots, only probably not weekly), and we sadly do not need anymore modders. Now, as for mountain size dragons, I don't think that's possible within Minecraft for an entity to be that large. And even then, that would be a large model, a large texture, and a large pain in the butt for everyone on the team

Do you need help?? i could test or translate to ancient language i have studied every word there is possible to get from internet and books so i can help i have read eragon series tons of times. I can prove just ask me something.

I have an idea for magic.Like in the books when you cast a spell you drain energy but in minecraft you could drain hunger and how much is depended on the spell. Also when you gain exp from mobs the higher level you are the less spells take from you. Let me know if you like the idea
You'll still spawn as normal in Minecraft, and eggs will have a similar system, except they are found in their own temples, found in different biomes so you can differentiate them and go after the color you really want Companions... maybe. Maybe.
So the eggs would be like the spawner eggs for any other creature already in Minecraft? I don't know why, but I thought they'd be like the Ender Dragon eggs... Would they spawn immediately? Or would an egg pop up and in a certain amount of Minecraft days a dragon would spawn? Also, I think there should be other dragon riders fighting monsters and such, and if you do the thing where you rank up in the "dragon rider society", there should be a good and an evil set of dragon riders...

I was just thinking, maybe the egg would hatch on its own... like after a certain amount of time in your inventory it would hatch...
So I was looking at other eragon based mods, and I read something that gave me an idea! If you are having trouble making the spells, you could make items and name them after a spell, then when you equip it, and right click, it activates the spell! So if you wanted to cast Brisingr, you'd kill some monster, and it would drop the spell. then you would pick up Brisingr, and put it in the bar at the bottom. You would scroll over to it and right click, and the area in front of you would be set on fire! And when you have the spell out, you could see your hand with blue(or whatever color your dragon is) surrounding it like your Gedwey Ignesia is lit up!Or It could be like the Hack/mine mod and you hold a button to access spells! What do you think?
