I just finished some new textures for your bionicle mod because all the "soul" "weap" and "mask" things looked the same and most were not as good as I had imagined.

Did a quick test found some toa/matoran. Everything looks really good. Only a couple things I would change:
Matoran need to be more distinguished from their respective toa (maybe slightly smaller?), and maybe have randomly selected masks. Currently they all look identical to their toa :tongue.gif:
Elemental shards should be coloured so that they can be easily identified in the inventory.
Mask icons look really cool, but again maybe colour them a bit so I can tell which ones are which in my inventory.
In my opinion they shouldn't drop protodermis gems, since that kinda defeats the purpose of mining for it.
These are just some ideas, it looks amazing right now, this thing has awesome potential!

I made a new texture to color them! Also the matoran shouldn't be smaller, the toa should be bigger (as if you were a matoran in the game)

i can help with texturing if you want, and i think that each of them can have a chance of dropping bionicle parts, then when you craft all necassary parts together you will make a bioncile that follows you around and protects you :biggrin.gif:
you should have the abilitie to chose what side your on such as if you chose to be with makuta you should have dark abilities and be taught by the makuta himself.
and if you chose the toa you should be taught by any of the toa nuva then you can upgrade to higher levels

Ideas:
Mask powers:
Strength let's you break blocks instantly with fists
Levitation lets you glide like a chicken, and maybe higher jump height?
Shield either prevents all damage or acts like a forcefield and pushes mobs away
Water breathing is obvious
Speed is also obvious, run really fast
X-ray could let you do 1.7.3 f3 and would show numbers above mobs heads
Mask of light provides glowstone-level light around you (or maybe lesser light leve)
Elemental power: every use of mask powers etc will use up elemental power
Like sprinting uses hunger
And if you don't have enough power you can't use the ability
Elemental weapons/tools:
Each element (air fire stone water etc) has a weapon and a mask
Each weapon acts like a normal one but has a special elemental ability(and maybe a second even stronger ability that uses more element power)
Such as tahu's sword sets things on fire(maybe shoot blaze fireballs)
Lewa's axe can send enemies flying with a gust of wind and chops trees with the awesome elemental power of air
Kopaka's sword freezes enemies(maybe also shoot snowballs?)
Pohatu's....rock, can be kicked(thrown) and will ricochet, possibly hitting multiple enemies
Etc etc

EDIT: Perhaps you get negative effects for being infected by a kraata or krana?
Also their should be rahi, and disk lauchers!
