Is there a way to modify the chance of finding an egg in a chest? I changed it to true in the config because I'd like to be able to use this mod more than once and before beating the ender dragon, but I'd like to be getting a lot less than the 2-3 eggs per chest that I'm getting. Maybe 1/10 chance of spawning a single one?

The only way you can do that currently is to have the option set to false in this mod's config, and use another mod to change the contents of dungeon chests to add Dragon Eggs as a potential item.
Any reason why I can't get an Aether dragon in my game? Hatching as high as 250 just gives me an ender dragon, and even the command won't work. I can change to every breed except Aether, and when I try that one it says 'commands.generic.snytax' (yes the typo is present in the error message). I have tried it many times and am entering the command correctly. I have no other mods running so nothing should be interfering. This is with the 1.6.2 version of the mod.
Really appreciate any help you can give. This is one of the best mods I've seen yet and really want to get this particular dragon working.

Hey could you add some features like iron, gold, diamond armors for the dragons. It would take a lot of time to make those, like you have to make the tail, chest and neck and head and then you have to put them together and then you would have the dragon armor. And the dragons would have abilities fire dragon breathes fire, water dragon attacks with water, ender dragon is strong and if it falls down from the sky it can sometimes break blocks, ghost dragon goes invisible when its attacked at night or just in dark places, aether dragon is just too fast and agile. And by the way could you make them smarter my dragons try to fly trough a wall to catch me when I'm falling and I always die cause they are stuck in the wall. And one time I put my ender dragon to sit next to my beautiful house and suddenly when I loaded the save game then he was stuck inside my house and I had to break my wall to get it out. So more features and improvements. Thank you.

BaracudaATA, just a question. Is it just very, very hard to make armor for your dragon that fits its model or are you just not an active/skilled modder? (sorry if its sounds offending, but its just to the point) Because else you could ask other modders for aid. I dont know how you think about it but I just want dragonmounts to get rid of most its WIP.

My post had nothing to do with actually ADDING abilities to the mod. I just wanted to know what that person thought would be good ideas for unique traits. And I don't know about you, but I'm not reading through 259 pages to find a handful of posts XD

There's a search bar up the top that can scan the entire topic. If you can google, you can use this with great success and it saves a lot of hassle.
Not being a jerk just pointing out a feature that is actually quite good for other things too (texture pack posts, finding previous supports).
On another note, Barracuda? Freaking love your stuff. Stunning is a word that comes to mind.

then i went to kill the ender dragon [ the other dragon egg i got from a lucky block , really rare ] and i accidentally broke the egg when i tried to right click it and make it teleport onto torches.. like it was gonna hatch into an ender dragon but i wanted a nether dragon and i thought if i left clicked it, it would revert to an item.. Rage deleted the world and am going to start over soon

These are some pretty nice ideas for concepts of what can make each dragon unique. Do you have any ideas for the Forest, Ice, and Nether Dragons?
Alrighty, I'll just make this quick, since you seem incapable of reading the ten or fifteen other times these exact questions have been answered. (Just scroll back by one page...seriously).
Dragon Armor, Saddlebags, abilities, and all other new content is likely to remain on hold until Barracuda gets the base code working without issue for the mod. It would be highly counterproductive to attempt to add an entire new system of Dragon abilities if people are still running into issues with hatching the dragons. Once things like that are out of the way, then Barracuda will start work on new features. Unless he tosses another curveball like his addition of entity ID changes in the config, this isn't likely to change.
Edit: Also, these things have been covered previously in much greater detail than was provided here. Go back by a few dozen pages and you might find a comment on my end about Dragon abilities.
My post had nothing to do with actually ADDING abilities to the mod. I just wanted to know what that person thought would be good ideas for unique traits. And I don't know about you, but I'm not reading through 259 pages to find a handful of posts XD
There's a search bar up the top that can scan the entire topic. If you can google, you can use this with great success and it saves a lot of hassle.
Not being a jerk just pointing out a feature that is actually quite good for other things too (texture pack posts, finding previous supports).
On another note, Barracuda? Freaking love your stuff. Stunning is a word that comes to mind.
