what do you guys think of armors and weapons, with there standard stat boosts, but there is a 5% chance they will spawn Masterwork, which means they have additional stat boosts, or an random enchantment, then a 1% for Legendary, both additional stat boost and 2 enchantments! yes/no?

I'm a huge fan of The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, WoW, DnD and this mod sounds FANTASTIC!
I think that having a random stat boost on armor would be an exciting surprise, but I don't like the sound of having a random enchantment because I would rather enchant my own armor.

what i mean by enchantments, are ones you can't normally get from enchanting tables. like secret ones or something. and what about weapons having the normal stat boosts, an if there masterwork, or legendary they get the other boosts or enchantments? and what im saying is, not the armor you craft, but find, win, or buy from stores.

Ok that makes more sense, I thought you meant items you crafted. Having random stat increases and rare enchantments on drops would good. That would be like the rare/epic random drops after boss battles in WoW dungeons. As for buying items and having that happen doesn't make sense because how does an item gain an enchantment when you buy it, unless its some sort of gypsy magic.

NO! im saying that in the shops each will only have 1 new masterwork or legendary armor/weapon to sell you a day! because in a shop you get to see the stats of everything your going to buy, and the rarer the item the higher on the list it is, so a masterwork or legendary item would be at top. and each day that item changes so you, if you had enough money, could come back every day and get a masterwork or legendary item! what would make you think that you bought an item and BOOP! its masterwork? think about every RPG game in the history or RPG games, the shops tell you the strengths and weaknesses of everything they are selling. otherwise you would buy a 100,000 gp chain mail shirt thinking your now a badass and that if it cost that much it must be good, but then when you put it on realize it gives you -9001 to every stat, lights you on fire, summons 1000 creepers to attack you every second, you can never take it off, oh and now every creature, including vanilla mobs, want to attack you! that's so stupid it hurts! and yes, NORMALLY legendary items will be boss drops...and the bosses are AWESOMELY HARD TO BEAT!

knight though implies a soldier, a paladin is an extremely religious person who sets out to smite evil. normally, they are the best of the best, like Spartans of the medieval ages, 20 could take n an army of 100,000 kinda thing, since they anly fight for there gods they believe that nothing will stop them, making them insanely hard to beat in battle....

I myself am part of a mod team creating a mod just as, if not more, complex as this one will be. I absolutely support your effort, and I would love to help you in anyway I can. yes, what i was saying is that a drop from monsters MIGHT spawn masterwork or a boss MIGHT spawn legendary...im sorry i was confusing...you confused the hell outa me, and yes, because i understood my own writing, i assumed you guys would as well. wow, assuming does make an ass out or u and me. sorry ^^;....

would there be any human like npc's that you can "take under your wing" and make them your little army that you can train and make basically multiple versions of yourself that fight kind of like wolves do? if not there should be.

that was already planned. alot of it im not posting so it can be a surprise, but yes, there will be "Guilds", Guilds let you go in and hire there men to fight for you. the price varies on the rank of the guild member you are hiring, and the guild you have joined. or, you can join the guild and gain extra bonuses, skills, spells, and the cost of hiring in that guild is halved. you can rank all the way to Guild Master if you join, and that lets you hire them for free. you join my going to the current Guild Master, accept the "Initiation" quest, fallow it, complete it, then turn it in. but once joined, you cannot leave other than through paying your way out, or earning your way out. once you join a guild the others become enemies, and they will not let you hire them unless you pay double. there is the "Guild of Mages," the "Guild of Fighters," and the "Guild of Clerics." in each of these guilds there are sub guilds for each class, each scattered through the land, some hidden by magic, some floating, some under the ground, and most of them have powerful warriors ready to fight by your side. now, the amount of soldiers you can hire depends of your charisma level, every 2, beyond the first 2 points, in charisma you lets you hire an additional soldier. if you guys can come up with better names, that would rock....and i hope you like the idea

First get the simple mobs done and add the hard ones in later updates, like centaurs first and later the yellyfishislandthingy.
thats the plan, im going to take more creature horse, and literally cut a human in half and put it as the head....if you have any other ideas feel free to post em ^^ but the griffins most likely first, im asking Dr. Z if he will let me take his horse code and put it on my griffins and stuff...
