Four is off by default. It is in a video from "spoiler" tag in the first post - SkyBlock dimensio, between Earth and Skylands.
I'm contacting the authors of other dimensions.
My conclusion: mods that do not modify the landscape usually work. Those that do modify the landscape mostly do not work.
I will do something with landscape mods and add the Force. Possible add the custom worlds support like Aether and Biospheres.
Dynamic lights and Cubic Chunks are interesting because of their generators for 256 land height, i solved chunks height problem in my own way.
After compatibility with Forge i will continue the hardcoding! I can't wait to do the SMP and optimization.
