In the far reaches of the Milky Way on the Planet Zi, There exist metallic lifeforms that possess superior fighting skills, These are the Zoids. Warriors by nature, Zoids have been used as the ultimate weapons in an on going war between the Imperial forces and the Republicans of Planet Zi. Now Players from the Overworld have found a way to travel across the stars to Planet Zi and learnt to control the power of these Zoids.

Info: ok this isn't a true build, i just wanted to show you all that i have been working on it, with help. please understand that because this early alpha release is sooner than i wanted too, that not everything is working as of yet. E.g the Shield Liger is NOT ride-able yet.
Forge Version: forge-1.7.10-10.13.2.1291 or higher
Coming soon: expect in the not too distant future a second early alpha build, one where the shield liger is ride-able
yes this is still active, i am very sorry for not doing anything it was just i had to get a new computer and redo the models again. but to make up for lost time i have completed the shield ligers left front foot (may redo it).
as-well as the sand block that will cover the new dimension
I did a search on Zoids mods for MC and I came across this thread. I wanted to know if you would like help. I may be interested in lending my skills (which you can discern if they are all that great). I am a YouTuber with 1,400+ subs so at the very least I could gain the Zoids mod some exposure for you. I am a programmer (amateur level, but I have created and am creating my own mod: Link Removed), I can learn to model easily enough, I own C4D and I have made animations so I know how to use that program already which will help with 3D models, I have experience using Blender as well, I also have connections to learn Techne better too (my good friend created the Godzilla mod) I can design textures, and I have a website (uberverse.net) that could host the Zoids mod and more.
So long story short, I have some skills and resources that may be a help to you and more importantly, to see this mod become something awesome! If you are interested in letting me join the dev team, reply.
PS. I love Zoids! One of my fav, anime of all time!

yes this mod is still going, it's just i'm having a little problem with the Shield Liger Model rendering, Zoids was my childhood too so it's good to see another Zoid fan or even someone who remembers it

The small hope was the matter that so many fantastic ideas for mods die silently... This one should never die.
Haven't knocked up any banners for this mod have you? One of mine currently in sig is dead and I would love to see this mod get some traction by wearing a link to this instead. A much more worthy cause in my opinion!

i know what you mean, so many great mods but not all mods get completed and then just vanish. i will try my best (and hope) this mod never dies

i would love to get help on this mod, you see i am TERRIBLE at coding (i can't) but i'm ok at modeling and i've always wanted a zoid mod for minecraft

yes this mod is still going, it's just i'm having a little problem with the Shield Liger Model rendering, Zoids was my childhood too
so it's good to see another Zoid fan or even someone who remembers it
I've finally got the model to render and now i'm on to animation, so soon you'll all have an early alpha to try
here is an in-game image for you all (should be the correct size, if not then i'll have to re scale)
but i haven't only done this, I've made blocks, tools and armor as well for the early alpha, and yous should be getting a dimension aswell

I remember watching the show and having some of the model kits when I was a kid. I'm eager to see how this all turns out
