The title mostly explains it. I'm looking for a shader that works on 1.16.5 optifine, specifically one that has different color light for different light-emitting blocks, for example, lava glows orange, sea lanterns glow white, and soul torches glow blue. I am aware some ray-traced shaders have been getting this functionality, but I can't run those well enough, so I want some sort of rasterized alternative.
Also ideally this shader has a bit of modularity, meaning if I wanted to I can tweak the light-emitting tint of each block myself, and potentially even apply colored lights to blocks from forge mods. This is the ideal scenario, but I would settle with a shader that just gives good not-over-saturated tints to the vanilla light sources in 1.16.
edit: (It would also be cool if the shader has adjustable sun light, fog, and weather colors per biome)
If a shader like this exists, direct me to it. If a shader like this doesn't exist, I beg someone to make it exist.
Like I said in the original post, I have the ray tracing shaders but I can't run them well and am specifically looking for a rasterized shader with colored light sources. Sort of like Minecraft Dungeons lighting. Also considering all the shaders you linked to require payment, let me also say that I don't plan to pay for any more shaders and I'm looking for a free one.

You can take a look at SEUS PTGI or similar PathTracing/Raytracing Shaderpacks like MollyVX or Continuum RT

Voxelmentary and Kappa shaders both have colored lights
