About to do this now. This should take about 30 minutes to do. When it's done I'll message you. But the mod is in FABRIC not FORGE. Read my signature for why
ATTENTION: All my mods are in Fabric and use the Fabric Mod Loader and the Fabric API. I do not make mods in Forge, because I deeply dislike Forge. Sorry!
One more thing: I know I'm not IMPORTANT ENOUGH to be asked things like "can you make this mod for me?" but still. I check the mod requests section on the MC Forums at least once a week. If you have anything you want me to make, post it there and there is 99.99% chance I will see it. And if it's good, I will make it and post it on the same thread. I know no once cares but still. Just so you know, you feel me?
Dont recommend forge servers. Use fabric at ALL TIMES. and dont worry fabric servers ARE possible. just drag the mod into the mods folder that the server has. and @Fakerac is right. I cannot make it in vanilla without command blocks or resource packs. I am not a command block guy
(which is the reason i make mods not datapacks)

or maybe we can just let people use what they want and acknowledge that both Fabric and Forge have their own uses, strengths, cons and pros and are both really good modding APIs
probably:
we need mossy cracked stone bricks
mossy cracked stone brick stairs
mossy cracked stone brick slabs
for decoration it will be so useful and if are possible cracked stone brick slabs and cracked stone brick stairs

thank u so much, but it has to be vanilla, because it will be so uesful for minecraft servers too
I don't think that'll be possible unless you use something like a texture pack + OptiFine
If you want those blocks as a Forge mod I can do that for you if you don't want to use Fabric
