Hey guys - I had some spare time on my hands and have an idea for a Minecraft mod brewing in my head and I thought I should share what I have been working on. (This is NOT actively being developed code wise, only the visuals for the time being)
Ancient Armoury is a mod that I thought about when looking at Minecraft mods based on past and games I enjoy playing, such as Runescape a decade ago, the only issues I had was that I felt that the visuals of the mod were not up to my standard and the ways to obtain certain things were very unbalanced for the power level they gave their user. My mods focus is not on bringing Runescape or any game to Minecraft, just some of their unique armour sets and weapons with interesting ways to obtain them. The whole idea is that this will be starting off small, and then growing once complete, other Runescape/other game mods in the past had too large a scope off the bat such as trying to add the whole game, mobs, weapons, armour, features from the games to an entire dimension, which only lead to the developers being burnt out from the sheer amount of work that was ahead of them - which is exactly what I am trying to avoid.
With that out of the way - have a look at the complete Bandos armour set from Old School Runescape that I have been working on and let me know what features you would like to see me bring to life!
ATTENTION: All my mods are in Fabric and use the Fabric Mod Loader and the Fabric API. I do not make mods in Forge, because I deeply dislike Forge. Sorry!
One more thing: I know I'm not IMPORTANT ENOUGH to be asked things like "can you make this mod for me?" but still. I check the mod requests section on the MC Forums at least once a week. If you have anything you want me to make, post it there and there is 99.99% chance I will see it. And if it's good, I will make it and post it on the same thread. I know no once cares but still. Just so you know, you feel me?
