I've been using the Sildur's Enhanced Default shader with Optifine for a little while now and have loved the extra beauty it brings Minecraft. However, with the added render distance, using clouds feels very wrong as they seem to stop rendering at only 20 chunks or so. I also realized how beautiful the fog of having a low render distance can look like, especially in the morning, and hoped there would be a way for my render distance to fluctuate–either randomly, with the day, or with a season.
I was hoping someone could make a mod where render distance (or just fog) fluctuates realistically with the weather, the time of day, and/or even with seasons if one's feeling ambitious.
It would also be great if someone could allow clouds to render out to extreme distances so they seem to go around the world.
