I’d be cool to be able to find coconut trees and coconuts. When coconuts are ripened on the tree like cocoa beans, they would fall from the tree and remain there until a player mines them and get coconut pieces that don’t have much benefit to eating but have longer lasting hunger length than other raw crops. If the coconut falls on you it will hit with the force of an anvil thus making them very dangerous. If you do get hit by a coconut the death message will say “Struck by a Coconut” punching a coconut tree and breaking it will give you Palm logs and will give planks with a more tropical color on them or lighter. Punching the tree will also cause the coconuts to rock about like a boat on top of magma blocks and will begin to fall.
Assuming the coconuts only grow on sand, falling coconuts should embed themselves in the sand. Coconuts that fall on other coconuts should despawn, or collect to a cap of like 3 or 4 coconuts.
Mechanically, saturation sounds good. No need to complicate things with husks or coconut juice.
Actually sounds cool, maybe coconuts that fall have like the anvil effect as well? though maybe not for the same amount of damage? and then they break when they hit the ground/player

I will make this if you reply to this message.
Personally I'd make a few adjustments.
