I'm not sure if this mod is out there, but I came up with an idea for essentially a late game multi-block re-locator. the recipe would use ender eyes as a base to make a wand that you would use to select 4 points on an object to generate a cubic volume of blacks you wish to relocate. 3 of the points make 1 square face of the rectangular cube, and the last point dictates the depth of the rectangular cube.
As the 4 points are being selected a semi-opaque red overlay would be made in the space to indicate what blocks you are selecting.
Once you have selected your rectangular cube you can then shift-right click in open air to change the mode to relocate. To relocate you would just click out the same shape in another location and the blocks in that space would swap in the blocks of the original space. If you are wanting to move the item to an open air space you would have to either use angle blocks or build an outline of the shape to set the relocation points
The RF cost would be by the block, so that can get very expensive very fast since you are working with volumes, but that's ok since its purposefully meant to be late game.
