As the tags say, I'm looking for a Forge or FML-compatible mod that does this every time you access a crafting GUI, even those from other mods, namely GregTech and TConstruct. Now bear in mind, the versions I'm using are compatible with each other, of course GregTech is loaded last by configuration default, so why wouldn't it work?
More to the point, If there's one thing that the vanilla game lacks, is crafting menu themes. Themes for the crafting table, furnace, and other Crafting GUIs, even those added by Forge and FML mods. It's the kind of music that put you in a crafting mood.
Here's the catch, the mod users have to supply the music themselves. If they plan to showcase the mod, they must use non-copyrighted, or Creative Commons works. It would help if the mod users could make the music themselves.
And if this is possible, there must be set for each GUI added by any mods. Now, by default, the ogg files added must be silent, and implemented in directories categorized by mod and GUI. Now I recommend a maximum of five music files per GUI, unless you wish to keep it CPU, RAM, and GPU-friendly, then go for the magic three music files per GUI.
If there is a way to do this in a simple modding kit, say Custom Stuff 2, should there be a release for 1.6.4, please let me know.
If you are Dinnerbone and reading this, I'd like for you to consider this in the next snapshot, if possible. Otherwise, I'll do this mod myself, if I must.
Thank you for looking into this suggestion, and I would love your feedback on this notion.
