I actually really like the Sword Weilding Skeleton idea, but then with a custom sword, which they will drop and are inbetween stone and iron swords :smile.gif:
that would be cool, the issue i see is that they'll probably be harder to beat than bow skellies and imo wouldn't deserve that good drop.
also, i added another likely impossible idea to my thread. you can check it out if you want.

No, I'm not some n00b that makes there username have to do with the game they're playing. There were no Endermen in Alpha. N00bs.
Hey, soon I'm going to make an adventure map soon (and a huge one at that) and I need a mod to go with it, I was wondering if you could make one that added in a new type of sword, a Battle-axe, and a spear, as well as adding in a new mob (not entirely sure what they would look like, but would have to have a lot more health than most mobs, cause it's going to be a boss), making it so you can place spawners, maybe four different new kinds of Armor (and hopefully look better than the current armor), also make it where armor and weapons were almost impossible to break? Thanks in advance, and don't feel rushed, I'm planning on waiting on 1.9 before I get to serious about making it.
Some are easy like the cloth mod and health bars over enemies, while other will take time and planning like the desert survival and more farmables. I would say I will have most mods done by June 2012 :tongue.gif:

would it go any faster if someone else supplied the textures?

craft yourself some onions (pikmin spaceships) and chuck some pellets and enemy corpses in there!
certain structures require pikmins to remove obstacles, most corpses need multiple pikmin to carry them, you can farm pellets, new enemies that you stand no chance against, a spaceship with components gained from
exploring new structures
Mod 2: cells
make a little fancy cell adapter, and find yourself an underdeveloped cell in the wild (in water, small nests)
pick it up, put it in your machine, and make it your minion! Make it block by block to change how it works and how it will help you, eventually making a dragon or giant flying dog
Mod 3: the sims
NOT simukraft, you are a sim, you have needs, and you can have a family, so you will need a toilet and water, and beds are no longer there to help on the long nights, now you need to use them
Mod 4: Settlements
Find another person (npc), get them to work for you, build a town get more people, actually let them have relationships, and you have to earn their trust or be killed
if if you are still interested, I will give you the latest material. Me and another certain person are arguing about everything right now, so we could use an outside opinion. If you read it, ignore the item part at least of now, the part I'm most excited about is the back story, and how it connects numerous formerly unrelated Minecraft things.
i have a mod idea its relatively simple but hard to make its basically addons to your minecraft character like these but with customizable colors of course if anyone has watched aphmau the ears and tails are what if referring to.
I'm not sure if this is simple, or medium, because I don't have much (if any) modding experience.
This mod would be for version 1.12, and would improve the Advancements feature majorly. If you didn't already know, some advancements have a progress bar, so to say. For example, the 'Two by two' advancement requires the player to breed every type of animal. The advancement shows how many of these you've completed. The problem is that there is no way of knowing which ones remain.
It would be very helpful if you could add the ability to view which ones you still need to complete. It would also be nice for it to become vanilla server compatible. Thanks a lot!
P.S: If any textures are needed, I'll be happy to make them, however, the mod itself doesn't need to look good, and should only work.
YERSH!

More than likely :biggrin.gif:

I have someone for that :biggrin.gif:
Gives all monsters + animals spider vision, and creeper-explosions.
Or just make pigs/chickens/cows explode when killed =)

I spent a lot of time on my mod idea in another thread:
though I've been making a new draft, simplifying it (and getting rid of all of those left over spelling errors) The old thread still has the main idea, and here it is: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/requests-ideas-for-mods/2647479-mod-for-a-storyline-and-map
