However, you might be mistaken about it being for Minecraft 1.7.10 - the oldest build for that MC version is IC2 2.1.485. There is an IC2 1.71 for Minecraft 1.1.0, though.
Sorry, but i'm might really mistaken but in my memoris it was possible with ic2 to use snow as cooling fluid in reators, what is now a day defintely not possible
but i'm sure that version 2.2.828 is the latest version of ic2 and i try to find a lower version like 1.7 or even lower for ic2 and however i'm sure that 1.7.10 is supported for an older version of this mod
